“If it wasn’t for the lovely lady who delivered my Grandad back to me you would have got a zero!!! My Grandad died at 1pm on the 22nd of November , the nursing home called to let you know at 1:30pm and by 1:33pm a young girl called my phone asking me all types of questions, I asked her “Please can you call back in a bit” he’s literally not even cold, she was rude and COMPLETELY out of order and wouldn’t listen to my requests causing me to feel pressured into completing the phone call there and then, I was in floods of tears and she just didn’t care. I will NEVER recommend”

“Thank you Pure Cremation. Professional, respectful, excellent customer service. Kept me informed at each step. It was reassuring to be given my own person as point of contact. Very sensitive to our circumstances. When ashes were returned to me, the professionalism, respect and kindness and care was excellent. “The staff were very helpful, friendly and were very good at informing me with the service and how things were done.And when the gentleman brought Mum s ashes back he was very minded and friendly .I would recommend your company from alison”

“I got my son’s ashes back yesterday from a very caring kind person. I cannot fault them whatsoever. He is now in is bedroom again. The very kind lady who looked after me during is resting made me feel, my son was being looked after. They did everything I asked and it’s exactly how we wanted it.I knew he was being cared for and Thankyou so much for fetching him home for Xmas with us. Xxxxxx”

“The ashes took a long time to come back, we were told it was local but it wasn’t and we had to chase communication which made it quite a stressful experience. It wasn’t as easy as we thought it would be and took a month and a half to finish the process”

“Was told they would phone me the day before with a time of return of my mother's ashes. Instead they sent a(TEXT MESSAGE) with a 3 hour time slot. Uncaring & rude.”
