“From the moment I had to call Pure Cremation to let them know our love one had passed they couldn't have done more. They were so supportive and friendly. We felt that our loved one was very looked after. This was all new to us. We've never had to deal with a death in the family before, but everyone we spoke to was very supportive and I never felt like any of my questions were silly. The called many times to let us know what was happening and talked about our loved one with warmth. In the last few days of her life our love one lost a lot of her dignity from her terrible illness, but I felt like Pure Cremation restored that, dealing with everything in the most dignified way.”

“From start to finish we were treated with respect and compassion by the extremely friendly staff. We were rest assured that our mum was being cared for with dignity in her death. We were constantly kept up to date and the man that delivered mum back to us was such a warm and considerate person.”

“Our experience with Pure Cremation has been excellent at such a difficult time, Mum had several discussions with no pressure and decided to go ahead as she didn’t want a funeral. When the time came we didn’t really know what to expect, but I can say the care and compassion shown by everyone throughout the process has been second to none, they took the time to listen and kept us informed about every step, very professional, I would recommend without hesitation, Thankyou. “It's not something I've had to deal with until recently but for anyone who's had a love one passed away it is a very tough time. Pure Cremation was something my Father had arranged but when he passed away I can only say how sympathetic and extremely helpful they were, everything was explained and they kept in touch every step of the way. Once my Father's ashes arrived the member of the Pure Cremation team didn't just hand over the ashes, they had the time to ask how we were coping and if there was anything else they could help out with. It's not a service anyone what's to have to deal with when someone passes away but Pure Cremation made it simple and easy as it can be at time like this.”
