“On the day I rang Wendy Senior was very compassionate and professional and made me feel relaxed that mum was in good hands. The only thing I was upset with was I did ask when I I was told you had mum on the Wednesday and that I could have a bit of notice as to when mum’s committal was but 2 days later I had a call from a lady not Wendy to let me know mums committal was on the following Wednesdaywhich was not very good as a family because there was no funeral we wanted to take dad out so no one was sat at home staring on the process, I couldn’t even get a time it would be. The lady was not cover compassionate at all and I found her attitude very upsetting. My husband also said the lady it was not right the way she spoke to him when she rang our home phone before she rang my mobile Going forward the grieving families do need more notice. Please give that lady a bit more training but Wendy Senior did a great job please pass my thanks to her”

“Your service went over and above what I imagined. Such sensitive communication each step of my husband's journey. It was comforting and took away any worries I had. My husband's ashes were hand delivered as promised by a lovely lady who I connected with straight away. She was friendly, understanding and re-assuring. I can't thank you enough for the care.”

“From beginning to the end Pure Cremation has been the best. They are so caring with the way they treat you and fully understand your feelings and emotions. “The service of Pure Cremation is up and beyond 5 stars. From the moment you contact them till after the cremation and delivery of ashes the service is outstanding and very dignified . Everyone we spoke to and met were so pleasant and understanding and everything was done with such dignity and care. “My mother was 98 when she passed away she had been in a care home for 2.5 yrs, my mum only had myself and my family left, my dad and her siblings had all passed away. My mum suggested that I look into PC, which I did and was so delighted to have chosen them . I was conscious that my wife had never really recovered from loosing her mother with MND and our kids had watched her go from living on her own to being totally dependent on the care home. So I made the choice to use PC and take all the extra heart ache away . My mum passed away on 15 th December, peacefully in the home at 7:40 pm and by 9:30 I had received a call from PC reassuring me that they would be taking care and looking after my mum… I arranged to speak to them the following morning. I did so and was put in contact with Laura, who would be my personal contact at PC for anything a needed.. my mum had been collected by PC that morning and was in their care.. they kept me in the picture at all times to where my mum was and that she was safe and being looked after . They dealt with the medical examiner report and then put me in contact with the local registry office to register the death . After that up dates we received regarding the cremation date and that I still could have attended if I wanted to … after that I had chosen to have the ashes hand delivered, this duly happened by one on the nicest ladies I have spoken to or met, it was a perfect end to my mums life . I have now organised a ‘ celebration’ meal and drinks for my family and close friends at a time to suit us all … 100% I would recommend PC . I would be more than happy to speak to anyone who finds themselves in my situation.”

“From start to finish Pure Crematon carried out what they said they would do seamlessly. There was no hidden costs and the whole process was explained to us in detail. All this was carried out in a professionally manner, right down to the return of the Ashes to my home. Thank you Pure Cremation.”
