“In the midst of grieving for a family member, Rachel at Pure Cremation was very kind & supportive. Her service was friendly, professional & efficient. Not once did I have to call Pure Cremation for an update as the follow-up by Rachel was excellent. Bravo Pure Cremation & to Rachel for a caring customer service.”

“The customer service started really well. But it took nearly 6 weeks for my father to be cremated, which caused extra upset in an already hard time.”

“They took great care of my mum. They were very supportive of me. They kept me informed of what was happening and going to happen next. They were very kind and professional right through to the lovely gentleman that brought mums ashes home.”

“Pure cremation are brilliant everyone that I have spoken with made it easy to understand the next procedures, all my questions got answered straight away they are caring and kind nothing is to much trouble they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable in what's happing next,even after they dropped off mum they are happy to talk if you have any other issues, I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.”

“My review is that your bombarding the television with your advertisements every time not sometimes I turn the television on the first advert that comes on is about pure cremation do want to depress people to death because that’s exactly what your doing if there were a level for advertising then you would be well over the limit and because of this I would never even consider you to handle my remains cremate yourselves and give the public a bit of peace we want to relaxe and watch tv not watch every second about being cremated. And believe me I am not the only one thinking this way get in touch with some Psychologists and see what they have to say about you sublingualy getting into peoples brains and making them depressed catch yourselves on you pityfull greedy ( I won’t stoop to your level by using foul language) GITS.”

We do find that TV advertising is an effective way to spread awareness about the service we offer allowing families to make an informed decision about their funeral arrangements that they may have otherwise been unaware of. “I cannot fault this company. They kept us upto date from start to finish very professional and should I need to use them I wouldn’t hesitate. On the day of delivery if mums ashes the lady that delivered was so comforting and even offered to bring the ashes into our home and put them in a safe space for us.”

“What a very caring and supportive service that I received from Pure Cremation, as my husband died unexpectedly and I have no family I was supported through the whole process was kept up to date. The young lady who returned my husband's ashes was so kind kept in touch with me at to what time she would arrive. So very grateful that I chose Pure Cremation”

“I received very sympathetic and professional treatment during phone calls and emails from Pure Cremation, and they made the process easier to deal with. The Pure Cremation Plan had been bought by my mother 5 years ago and all her wishes as stated in the contract were carried out in a very professional manner. I had not been aware that all the cremations took place in Andover so It was a litte stressful that she was stored locally and did not get taken to Andover until 3 days after her passing. I was, however kept informed of all the stages regarding medical documents and the commital date, and the ashes were returned to me by a professional and sympathetic driver employee of Pure Cremation. The biodegradable container with instructions regarding safe dispersal was also very welcome.”
