“The service through to cremation was excellent. Compassionate patient agents helping my mum who is partially sighted and talking her through everything. The sales team post-cremation were unacceptable and need to take a look at procedures. We were very clear that my mum was not ready to discuss her own arrangements but still they called twice. I understand this may be a good time to help people but when someone has been very clear they do not want to discuss at the moment it should be respected and not scheduled for a call at the end of the month. We have now removed ourselves from the contact list.”

“Sam my allocated phone call member or staff was very polite, friendly and reassuring. He always checked if I and my family were ok and if we needed anything else etc. Although whenever I tried to call him back if we missed his calls he was never available to speak to.”

“Very satisfied with everyone involved in looking after my mum. Kept me informed from start to returning her ashes. Very professional and respectful at all times. This service may not be for you if you want your loved one cremated locally, as it takes place in Andover. Thanks to everyone involved”

“I contacted Pure Cremation within an hour of my dad’s death. They made an incredibly stressful upsetting time easier by being so very patient and understanding whilst guiding me through the necessary details. When they arrived to take my dad away they were so caring and respectful and managed my dad as if he were still alive. It felt like it was important to them too as opposed to just being a service to be fulfilled. Thankyou so much.”

“Everybody involved were very kind and it all went very smoothly so very grateful. My only suggestion is finding a better way of sorting the payment if a plan hasn’t been set up prior to somebody passing away to avoid having to do it immediately on the day after losing someone when you are dealing with that loss. Either have the payment details beforehand to be processed on the day or do it on a subsequent day. Apart from that, would highly recommend and am certainly considering it for myself!”
