“We knew Pure Cremation had such great reviews, but every part of the way they looked after our mum was so caring and professional. It helped us to do exactly what we wanted to celebrate her life. Nothing was rushed, everyone we had contact with was a credit to your company. We never felt that anything was too much trouble, from the wonderful people who looked after mum as she was taken into your care, to our own contact who kept us informed and was always available, to the lovely ladies who came to personally deliver mums ashes. Thank you so much, from all the family”

“I was so impressed with everything, from the moment my father passed away until the delivery of his ashes, everyone has been so kind, patient, thoughtful and lovely to speak to. It has made a difficult time much easier. Thank you x I have already recommended you to numerous people.”

“From the very first phone call, I was treated with dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble and very care was taken to ensure the correct service was provided. I was acting for the deceased’s wife as her LPA. Her frailty was considered during phone conversations and I know she felt supported and was of the opinion that she and her late husband had made the correct decision to be looked after by Pure cremation. I would definitely recommend. Laura was warm, professional and patient.”

“Both mum and dad chose Pure Cremation (Dad 2 years ago and mum 2 months ago) My experience 2nd time around was just as good as 2 years ago. They make it so much easier to manage when you’re falling apart. I can’t recommend them enough. They sort everything behind the scenes and keep you informed all the way. It is a different way to do things when all you’ve ever experienced is the full on cremation/ burial way but honestly this just suited both mum & dad and it was up to us how we wanted to celebrate their lives. They are very gentle with you and help guide you which is what you need at times like this. I definitely recommend them. Also setting it all up is incredibly straightforward.”

“Pure cremation team were so considerate, caring and sympathetic when I delt with my brother's funeral. I was kept informed every step, I was informed when my brothers body had been picked up from the hospital, I was informed when my brother had arrived with them, I was informed where and when his cremation was taking place and when his ashes were going to be returned to me . Nothing was to much trouble. I especially want to thank Rachel and Helen for been so kind and professional with everything Thank you so much Melanie Evans”

“I have been dealing with two losses at once, my father and my wife. Pure cremation have been sensitive, helpful and courteous. Even when last minute changes were made to the original plans, nothing was a problem. I can't thank them enough for all they have done.”

“Excellent service Julia was fantastic sorting the arrangements out pat who delivered mums ashes was fantastic. Always someone ringing to keep you updated absolutely fantastic service at such a sad time would highly recommend 1000% nothing too much trouble”
