“Pure cremation team were so considerate, caring and sympathetic when I delt with my brother's funeral. I was kept informed every step, I was informed when my brothers body had been picked up from the hospital, I was informed when my brother had arrived with them, I was informed where and when his cremation was taking place and when his ashes were going to be returned to me . Nothing was to much trouble. I especially want to thank Rachel and Helen for been so kind and professional with everything Thank you so much Melanie Evans”

“I have been dealing with two losses at once, my father and my wife. Pure cremation have been sensitive, helpful and courteous. Even when last minute changes were made to the original plans, nothing was a problem. I can't thank them enough for all they have done.”

“Pure Cremation have been wonderful from my very first contact to delivering my brother's ashes. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and sympathetic, they made, what was a quite a traumatic experience, much more bearable. “Excellent service Julia was fantastic sorting the arrangements out pat who delivered mums ashes was fantastic. Always someone ringing to keep you updated absolutely fantastic service at such a sad time would highly recommend 1000% nothing too much trouble”

“They was great kept me in contact with everything they was doing with dad the lovely lady did not get her name who fetched dad back was lovely she asked if I was ok and gave me a hug”

“I would like to thank the staff who looked after my mam but when you watch your advert about someone bringing our loved one's ashes back and will show compassion and stay for a chat .well I know yous are busy but the person who brought my mam back stood in my sitting room for all of 6 minutes with my mam in a bag I had to ask for her to pass them over offered her a cuppa that was declined she asked how pure had done over all then asked me to sign her phone then left I'm not quite sure where the compassion was with her and please stop sending our loved ones in a bloody bag it's disrespectful”

“Didn’t inform me when Dad was leaving the hospital resulting in him not having any clothes to wear, told me on the phone it was lot part of the service to dress him and would place his clothes on top of him not dress him if I was allowed to send them to the crematorium. Phoned Mum directly when the ashes were being returned despite me asking to liaise with me. Marketing leaflet included with the cremation certificate.”

“From the moment I made the initial call, to being handed the ashes, I felt safe, heard and that my Ban was in good hands. Every single person I dealt with was compassionate, professional and kind. I didn’t need to ask a question, everything is covered I think Pure Cremation are, quite possibly, the best company I’ve had to deal with”
