“Considerate and caring. Handled my dad’s cremation and returned him in person which really meant a lot. Can’t fault their service at Al and would highly recommend. Thank you for everything.”

“I had nothing but problems. .staff not reading emails correctly. Not finding attachment. Correctly ,being told wrong information about death certificate and a few more things to do with solicitors which the information was already given to in one of the first emails”

“An excellent service provider in difficult times. I had to do very little and pure cremation took care of the rest. Sell updates on where our family member was. Even calls and tracking when our loved one was making there way back!! Lovely people and so understanding and caring!! Epic thanks so much”

“My mother set this up many years ago and when it came time to use it, we couldn’t have asked for an easier way to respect her wishes of a simple cremation. The staff are sympathetic and knowledgeable and handle everything with ease.”

“The trauma of loosing my wife after of 54years and looking after her at home with dementia, I was really glad that we discussed what to do in the end while she was still able and I purchased a plan straight away for her, we never discussed it again, why should we. When the day came I phoned Pure Cremation , that was all I had to do. I was in no position emotionally to do anything myself, I am so grateful to Pure Cremation who took her away within a few hours, everything was done with a lot of respect and kindness, a few phone calls to keep me informed of progress and the delivery of her ashes, everything went as they said it would. That is well done thank you. Now my family can celebrate her life achievements in our own way which I know is what she wanted. Thank you so much for taking the strain for me.
