“It was horrendous my husband wanted a pure cremation so we went for the one were you can witness it i was not impressed by the person who dealt with us on the friday we were told his commital was at charnock richards which was quite away away we arrived at 9 and then was told they forgot to pick him up my family was absoluetly distraught so we were apology and refunded our money which never ever dissolved this matter we were told it was the person who dealt with us fault so on the tuesday we had to go back again to wales for this commital which was lovely they returned the ashes the day after but to them thats the answer and alls well no it isnt we still are totally distraught as a family its left us heart broken and every time we see there advert on television the pain comes back this should never have happened and i would never ever use this serbice again we live with these memories every day but i am seeking legal advise”

“The guys who collected my husband's body were lovely. Very professional and respectful, especially Harprit. Most of the contact was by phone and was perfectly ok, but the lady who made the initial contact after that needs some training in sounding compassionate. Donna sounded fine. All we have to go on is a voice and its important. As far as I know everything went smoothly and the ashes were delivered as promised. Thank you. Just work on the telephone manner of that member of staff please.”

“I sadly lost 2 people in January. Both had already paid for pure cremation. From the start time to the delivery of the ashes to your home, is caring , professional and efficient. I do think this is the way to do it. I myself will also pay for my own funeral plans. Now I have seen myself how it works, I definitely will. Your loved ones are well cared for. Pls use pure cremations , no stress , no worries.”

“Both my older brothers chose a Pure Cremation policy. Staff were very professional, supportive and empathetic during the process. I thought the collection from hospital into their care took longer than I thought it would. My latest brother to pass was cremated on Friday 13th and I understand families wouldn’t choose that date, and neither would I if we had a choice. Delivery of ashes was done to the highest standard with great respect.”

“I was not impressed with this company. I had to call them for all information of where my mum was. She was left at the hospital for about 10 days because they were “busy”. But until I rang them I had no idea of this ….. very poor excuse And on every occasion that I rang the their standard line was “” oh you are on my list to call later today””….. I would NOT recommend this service at all. NO customer service. at all as far as I am concerned. Gillia”

“The staff who I had dealings with at Pure Cremation were courteous and compassionate throughout. My only gripe is that having waited overnight for a Doctor to attend and pronounce life exinct, I was not informed that my mother had arrived safely in Andover later that morning. Maybe not important to some but after the 24 hours we'd had, it would have been a nice touch.”

“My parents and I took out Pure Cremation plans after careful consideration several years ago. My beloved father passed a month ago and I had some trepidation over whether I might regret the decision that we had made. None was warranted as the Pure Cremation process and service was exceptional and made such a difficult time more bearable. All staff were highly professional, compassionate and efficient. Each step of the process was clearly outlined, options were given and choices carried out. Everything happened seamlessly in the sequence outlined, providing so much comfort. I am so pleased that we chose Pure Cremation and grateful for the superb service provided.”
