“Excellent for removing white water based paint from the steps of the church. Silly accident, thanks, worked really well and now the rest of the step looks grubby!”

Hi John, Thank you for your review of Owatrol DSP 800 CDKP 90, we're glad to hear that it removed all the spilt paint from the steps! Unfortunately it's always the way, as soon as you clean a little bit, you realise you now need to clean the rest! “The Only Thing Let You Down From 5 Stars is The Company you use for the delivery. we Only Got You Guys to Deliver for the sample paint. and we picket up our selves to guarantee we have it on time.”

“I placed an order for some paint and about 4 days later I had a phone call to inform me that it would be about four weeks for delivery. I believe that it should have been made clear when I was placing the order instead of leaving me wondering had the order gone through. So when you ask me to make a review when I do not know when it will arrive, delivered by who and how many days did it take for delivery, seems very strange”

Hi Janet, thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this for you and can see that your order was placed late afternoon on 26th August 2025. We were informed by the manufacturer that unfortunately there was a delay with this product and although we did call to inform you of this within 48 hours, this does fall below or usual high standards of keeping the customer informed within 24 hours, and for that we sincerely apologise. We always aim to provide clear communication during the ordering process, so we do appreciate your input.
