“Always good to have requested stock ready for shipping. As a professional decorator I would use your company a bit more if the prices were cheaper or you offered a discount like other companies do just to get a bit of an edge over what your average diyer would get.”

“Promain make it easy, order the product and choose delivery and they do the rest. You’re kept informed from start to finish whether delivery is delayed or not which is out of their hands. I will use Promain again for my purchase of Zinga when needed because they deliver quicker than zinga themselves do. 10/10”

“Wrong colour paint delivered. One and a half days wages lost while I waited for the correct paint to be sent out. Had to extend tower hire. Just under £400 out of pocket because nobody thought to check the correct colour had been mixed. No apology and only offered refund of delivery (£15) which is insulting. If I could get this paint anywhere else then I would.”

Hi John, We’re very sorry to read your review and for the disruption this caused to your project. As soon as the issue was raised, we arranged for a replacement to be mixed and dispatched the same day to minimise any delay. We also issued an apology at the time, although we’re sorry if this did not come across as clearly as it should have. We completely understand how frustrating and costly this situation has been, especially with the impact on your time and equipment hire. While we did offer a refund of the delivery charge immediately, we appreciate that this did not fully reflect the inconvenience caused.
