I am still waiting delivery of the Heelys I ordered a week ago. I was not warned that delivery would be delayed and communication as to when I can expect the to arrive has been poor.

Hi There, The shoe you have ordered is a pre-order item. This info is listed on both the product page and also notifies you when you are checking out. This item is not due in to us until the 10th of August. If you require a pair of Heelys quicker please give us a call and we can go through alternative for you.

I made two orders and both have had issues due to poor delivery companies being used and blunt unhelpful replies from the facebook account. Btw I only contacted the facebook account as the mobile site does not offer an email contact. Since emailing the store I have had no reply.

I thought after already paying post & packaging to exchange for a size up the £10 exchange price was way to costly. I ended up paying £14 extra for my purchase and other websites that sell the skates offer free postage and returns therefore i shall not shop again with prolineskates.

Why not put a pair of laces in a jiffy bag and post through the letter box?

On their website they promise free skate sharpening with every ice skates. The ice skates have not been sharpened and they did not even reply to my complaint. Not the best customer service...

Initially the website seemed very professional and I felt confident I was in safe hands. However as time progressed things went downhill (and then slightly uphill!): - I didn't receive an immediate order confirmation from Proline skates with tracking information. This would have put me at ease from the start. - I was unable to make an account on the website using the order number given to me once I had received an order confirmation (which went to my spam/junk mailbox). - I, as a result, was unable to check the progress of my order and was left unsure of whether it had been dispatched or not. - I was unable to contact anybody on the Saturday to see whether I should wait in for my order to be delivered. I ended up writing on your facebook wall. The information returned to me from somebody in the Cardiff shop was wrong, my parcels had been dispatched and I was told they had not been. - I paid for Saturday Courier delivery and only received part of my order on the Saturday. I did speak with somebody in the Warehouse on Monday and received a refund for delivery, so I was satisfied with that. I would say my experience would be greatly improved by more ability to contact somebody on a weekend if needed and by more frequent and detailed correspondence from Proline Skates.

No automatic email confirming order. Registering as a user in order to track order was not effective either: either because it didnt work or because the instructions were unclear - dont know which.

I ordered a skateboard and pads for my grandson for Christmas. I did not get an email approval of the order from Proline, so I phoned them several days later to be told that the skateboard was out of stock, even though I had paid for it. I was asked to choose a different skateboard and phoned them the following day with the code, to be told that the code I gave was not for the skateboard I wanted to buy. The problem was, however, sorted out in a few minutes and the correct one was ordered.

I ordered 2 sets of scooter wheels for presents the wheels are fine but the packaging was a disgrace they look like something from a car boot that was left in the shed for two years split one was not even connect to cardboard it is a shame as delivery was good but I will not be buying again or recomending you. If it was not so much of a hassle I would change instead I will just explain about them to the two boys we are giving them to . If they were on the shelf I would not have even picked them up .

Ordered wheel bearings for my sons scooter, I paid for next day delivery and received the goods 3 days later not bad for next day, my son was not impressed as he has special needs and dont understand waiting. The actual item I couldn't fault

The skates I ordered on Monday with 2-4 day delivery are still not here! I was contacted on Friday (when delivery now was one day late) to advise size ordered was not available! Decided on size that was in stock and was told ild receive these today (now I week from ordering) just had email from courier saying that they don't have package and it's been delayed further - really not good advert for your company ????

I ordered a mi PAC for next day delivery 3 days ago and it still hasn't arrived! They were very nice and refunded the postage but really, change your courier!

I will not buy anymore stuff from this company as they will not allow you to return iceskating shoes even though it was worn only for 30 minutes. They don't abide to distance selling regulations
