“Very good service, and delivery. The quality was as expected. Only three stars as the individual skates dont have much description making it hard to compare them. Furthermore, the skate sharpening service needs to be more adverised due to not seeing it upon after delivery I was not able to use it. This was devistated me for many reasons, not being able to use them straight away, not having them done to a much better standard than I had to get done at my local rink, and it was far cheaper with your service. Papa bless, L”

“Really good website, clear and easy to use. Really good communication and very fast standard delivery although was disappointed when I took them to get them sharpened ready for my daughter to use. The man who was sharpening them took all the protective packaging off and the one blade had dents in it, also the blades aren't straight which made it tricky for him to sharpen properly. I asked if it was a safety issue to which he said no. As they were a birthday present for a few days later and are only for occasional recreational use I decided to keep them and he has managed to sharpen out most of the dents. Completely understand that this is a manufacturers fault and not the stores but may be useful to check goods before they are dispatched.”

“Delivery was on time! However, I accidently ordered to the wrong address. I tried calling both numbers minutes after the order went through and got no answer, so emailed with the correct address hoping it would be changed. But no, no correspondance back STILL so had to speak with the courier myself.”

“Received these skates in plenty of time. They look lovely but the sizing is wrong. My daughter takes size 2 and I ordered a size 3 so they would fit her for a bit longer, but the size 3 is smaller than the size 2, and too small for her. I have now ordered a size 4 in the hope they will fit.”

“Delivery company you use are utterly useless. Lost a day waiting for the scooter as somebody had changed the post code with a pen. Even thou the full address was printed on the box on three separate parcel stickers. And even my mobile number was on there and they didn't think to ring me direct.”

“I was so happy when I saw that courier who is delivering my aggressive roller skates is just 15minutes away from me. Finally, he arrived and delivered long box, I've signed for it and opened it. It was a scooter and my mood went straight downhill. After 5 minutes I thought: Okay, happens to everyone, just call the customer service. I quickly wrote down order number and rang customer service up. They said that the label got mixed because my last name starts with the same 2 letters just like another customers, and this means that my skates are going somewhere else. The Customer Service person said, that he have to cancel that order and I have to wait untill it goes back to them and they will ship it to me instead of sending me another pair of skates :c I thought this mistake will be fixed more quickly and I am still waiting for it (4 Days).”

“Chose the site because of the loyalty points, wasnt sure what they were for, but now i do! I will definitely be using proline for any bits i need. Fast dispatch and delivery is always a good staple”

“The Heelie shoes were well manufactured but I had trouble finding a fit for a 6 year old girl and purchased a larger size and had to return them.”

“Paid 59.99 for a pair of heelys, I'm happy with the shoes but just thrown in the box was a copied DVD of the heelys instructions, scratched and full of finger prints, wasn't even in a case, got no reply on twitter, I'll shop elsewhere next time.”

“Once I placed an order thje service was great and all skates and items delivered promptly. My only problem with Proline is their inability to deal with email enquiries which usually are ignored. If they could sort that out then I would give them 5 stars.”

“Purchased some inline skates for my daughter,delivery was as expected but was sent the wrong skates,phoned them up and sorted it straight away,new ones should be here monday when they take the wrong ones back ,so no faffing about returning them through post office”

“The customer service was good i like the text updates and the emails as it kept me aware of where my order was and other details. Was dissapointed that the frames and two sets of wheels were not here for the delivery date as they werent packed, but i phoned up inquiring about it and theyre sorted to arrive soon.”
