“Ordered a headset for a christmas present over the weekend of 23 Dec on next day delivery. It turned up on Wednesday. I expected it to be despatched on Monday and received on Tuesday. This caused me a great deal of hassle as my office I had it posted to was closed for the afternoon so i had to pay extra to get it delivered before 10am. Luckily your delivery service you use could do that. Also, the set I had ordered was out of stock so you sent me an alternative. This was good, though I would have thought a phone call to tell me would have been better and ideally it should have informed me when I ordered it that you were out of stock. I realise it must be a mad rush at Xmas so all well that ends well.”

“Delivery was good and on time but..... I ordered a size 7 and I recived a 7.5 with the .5 blacked out with a marker pen!! Not being funny but I don't think sizing works like that!!! You should at least state it in the size choice box!”

“Didn't try and deliver to my neighbour as I requested so I haveto wait over the weekend to get it, first time deleivered didn't leave a card to say they tried to deliver. haven't gotten order yet but I believe it's in good condition”

“Good price on clearance stock, we ordered with next day delivery and they came in good time. Well packaged in a cardboard box. However, the online stock count was wrong, we ordered 8 items, were invoiced for 6 and paid for 6, but only 4 of the items were actually in stock and we received 4 items. We were refunded for the 2 missing items without quibble, but would have preferred a more accurate count online and a quicker communication about actual stock levels rather than having an automated email. Other than that the items are good and well priced.”

“We ordered a rucksack late Monday afternoon and received the confirmation of order at 5.17pm. We were given the option of next day delivery, which we chose at an increased charge. However, the rucksack did not arrive until Wednesday when my daughter had returned to school and there was noone at home. The product was left by the courier with a neighbour (not a next door neighbour) who was out that evening and we were therefore unable to pick up the package until Thursday. Our porch is perfectly discreet, cannot be seen from the road, we live in a small cul-de-sac in a rural area and would have liked it to have been left there or been offered the option of being able to choose where it should go. In addition, if you have a cut off time for next day delivery, this should be highlighted so that customers are not misled. Product was packed well and arrived intact, however.”

“I was disappointed that when I placed the order, I was not told that the shoes were out of stock. The first I knew was the end of next working day I had an e-mail advising the shoes would be ordered in and despatched the next day. The order arrived 1 day late after I had paid for 'next day courier' delivery. The shoes are excellent and will be a great birthday present for my grandson.”

“The product was excellent and sold for a great price. Postage time was really quick too. But the item itself was packaged terribly. It had been forced into a box that was too small so much so that the packaging was broken and some of the contents had fallen out. I don't intend on returning the item so there was no problem however would have been extremely displeased had the item(s) been damaged or faulty as a result. All in all I'm happily using the product but am not sure if i will do business again or recommend to others just for the fact that the item could have been easily packaged properly.”

“Dispatch and deliver was very prompt. The only complaint I would have is that the scooter wheels I ordered didn't come with bearings, which I would have purchased at the same time had the website made this clear.”

“easy to use service, good delivery system, I'm not 100% sure on the quality of the skates as some of the inner liner started to come away after just one use. If this gets worse I will be sending them back.”

“The shipping cost was very high. I paid 60 Euros just for shipping (bought skates that cost 70 Euros). Other than that everything was fine.”
