I was so happy when I saw that courier who is delivering my aggressive roller skates is just 15minutes away from me. Finally, he arrived and delivered long box, I've signed for it and opened it. It was a scooter and my mood went straight downhill. After 5 minutes I thought: Okay, happens to everyone, just call the customer service. I quickly wrote down order number and rang customer service up. They said that the label got mixed because my last name starts with the same 2 letters just like another customers, and this means that my skates are going somewhere else. The Customer Service person said, that he have to cancel that order and I have to wait untill it goes back to them and they will ship it to me instead of sending me another pair of skates :c I thought this mistake will be fixed more quickly and I am still waiting for it (4 Days).
