Really good website, clear and easy to use. Really good communication and very fast standard delivery although was disappointed when I took them to get them sharpened ready for my daughter to use. The man who was sharpening them took all the protective packaging off and the one blade had dents in it, also the blades aren't straight which made it tricky for him to sharpen properly. I asked if it was a safety issue to which he said no. As they were a birthday present for a few days later and are only for occasional recreational use I decided to keep them and he has managed to sharpen out most of the dents. Completely understand that this is a manufacturers fault and not the stores but may be useful to check goods before they are dispatched.
