“The product I purchased arrived very quickly but the instructions with it left me with a couple of queries as I was looking to treat a small garden area, the instructions were more geared to hectares of farms and 100-500 litres of water. Despite emailing in the queries three times and ringing the so called help line once (I think I just got an ansafone) - no-one ever replied. The only email contact was a message thanking me for getting in touch and that you hoped to respond within 7 days. Eventually I fathomed out the answers to my queries. So - very frustrated with the poor communication, happy with the product.”

“Recently purchased SBK Brushwood Killer 1L & KPlus 250ml Bundle to try to get rid of marestail. Unfortunately the delivery driver, for some unknown reason, tried to deliver this to the wrong address and it was then sent to a 'pick up point' miles away - not Progreens fault at all. When I eventually managed to get to speak to someone at the delivery company they said that there was nothing that they could do and I would have to travel 12 miles to collect it! I contacted Progreen by email and a huge thanks to Allison who sorted this out very efficiently - she was very apologetic and dispatched the order again. The good news is that I have treated the area with this product and the marestail is starting to wither away - hopefully a success”

“This product claims to kill speedwell. I have used it twice now following all instructions and it has not worked on the speedwell in my lawn. Expensive waste of money.”

“Used Progreen for many years. 1st year where ive had problems. Not Progreens fault but I had to pick up delivery from drop off point 3 miles away by car having paid for delivery to home address.”

“Always good service and the products are reliable. One small moan, please change your courier company, Yodel are hopeless. Not delivered when promised. Told it must be signed for so stayed in. In the event the goods were left without a signature.”

“The product was good value but dispatch time and the DPD courier company were poor to put it mildly. It took three attempts to deliver to my address. They are historically bad at deliveries in my location. Shame I could not rate you more highly. Internet advertising is very prominent and well structured. I would like to use your company again but would be put off if it was DPD.”

“Delivered quickly and straightforward instructions on mixing ratios. Set up the spraying kit and proceeded to spray. Excellent results! All the areas sprayed are weed free, with the large weeds dessicated to brown fibres that are brushed away. No new weeds appearing after a month, so very pleased. Expoensive but far and away more effective than 'off the shelf' weedkillers.”

“Poor delivery timescale. Item showed in stock, ordered online, 3-5 days delivery and when I called a week later, it wasnt in stock at all! Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Normally usually good, but not this time.”

“After ordering on a Monday, and not being informed until I’d phone on Friday that my order would be dispatched the following Monday I must admit to being somewhat perplexed! If despatch was going to be delayed, and in the interest of customer satisfaction, why on earth was I not informed as such soon after order? Being informed is everything. The delayed despatch wasn’t an issue, not being pro actively notified was an issue. An issue SO easily resolved.”
