“Item out of stock. Emailed no response Called to be told out of stock. They could of said weeks past and I lost the opportunity to use the chemical when scaffoilding in place. Wont be back much better suppliers”

“Placed an order on a Monday evening for products ‘In stock’. By the following Monday the items had t arrived so I got in contact with Progreen to resend the order. By that Friday (so 11 days after the initial order) the items still hadn’t arrived. So got onto Progreen a second time, to find out the warehouse had cocked up and not sent my order. Shambles of an outfit, shan’t be ordering from this company again when there’s plenty of alternatives out there with better service.”

“Ordered on 21/03/25, had to telephone 27/03/25 to chase as no despatch notification received and told it would be despatched that day, finally sent 28/03/25 and delivered 31/03/25.”

“I think I placed and paid for my order on 17 March. As it was to treat mares tail spore heads, hopefully before they ripened, I required delivery in reasonable time. Despite chasing my order, it has still yet to arrive. Probably too late now anyway as spores have been scattering for days... Can't see me using Progreen again..”

“Unfortunately very poor experience of communication regarding delivery. Delivery took over 10 days and I had to email twice and call 3 times to get updates. This included a guaranteed next day delivery that didn't turn up and again, no notification. When I called to chase the next day, i was informed it was damaged in transit and was being repalletised. I was assured there was absolutely no damage to the stock itself. Sadly this turned out to be incorrect and every single bag (over 20 bags) had a tear in it. Very poor when I specifically ordered (and paid extra for) the weight to be delivered in 20kg bags rather than a ton bag, so they could be stored outside under cover. This isn't possible when the bags are torn.”

“As a long standing customer I was extremely dissatisfied and shocked by the non existent handling of a complaint regarding a damaged and missing item purchase. DPD had delivered numerous parcel, one of which was heavily damaged and had been retaped up by DPD. The 20kg bag of Amvista fertiliser was heavily damaged with hardly anything in, there was a Moss Killer missing also. I emailed the company several times over the course of last week, receiving no response or any acknowledgment. I will now have to resort to a chargeback with my bank to try and recoup these funds for my limited company. To be completely ignored by this company is unacceptable and unprofessional. AVOID.”

“I think Progreen has lots of great products and advice, however each time I have ordered from them I have had to chase the order. The last order placed has still not arrived and when chased I was told it had been despatched but nothing more. So I did not know when I could expect it or who the courier was so i could chase them. I emailed back requesting this information but still no response. The delivery of products is poor, especially when some products need to be applied at certain times of the year.”
