“Very disappointing service. The grass seed I ordered took nearly 5 weeks to be delivered. There was no communication from the company, despite me requesting an update.I had to phone the company 5 times and each time was assured the seed would be dispatched within a day or 2.”

“I purchased pro green weed control which I have not used yet but which promises to deal with my marestail problem but it's a little early to be applying it just yet. However I found the information on the website most helpful and the purchase very easy. Delivery prompt and easy. I will be returning for other solutions soon I am sure”

“Bit early to rate as I haven't seen any results yet. Happy with company, less so with their delivery agent - DPD. Got an email to say I had 1 day left to collect from PU point. Panic. 15 min phone call later and told email was in error. Not impressed.”

“After 2 weeks I had heard nothing despite my emailing several times. I eventually got through on the phone to be told they were out of stock of one item but could send an identical alternative! When my order arrived only part was delivered and again several emails later and no reply or offer to resolve. Won’t be ordering again and still want a refund”
