“Paid the extra £14.99 for pre 1030next day delivery arrived at 2100pm not the first time this has happened either!
I will continue to buy from PTT only you need to deliver your promises especially when you take the extra money people pay for the service !
As a result I was left with a team of tradesman that couldn't do anything on the day .

The Next working day delivery option is more realistic due to the location. At PTT, we do strive to get all our customers orders on time. Apologises that the information from FedEx was not correct. I can see that you ordered on Saturday 5/8/23 at 17.29 – we would dispatch on Monday 7/8/23 and it was delivered on Thursday 10/8/23 which is in the time frame of 1-3 working days.
