“I have no problem with Protiler as their service was excellent . My problem is with the courier . They wouldn’t put the delivery on my drive as it was a gravel drive . ( every delivery I have had is put on the drive with no problem) I. Informed with the courier that’s what I wanted …. I was 10mins away and stated I’d come back . The courier stated he would try and put it in the drive… this was a lie as I watched him on my camera and heard him putting the grass verge outside my property . Without even attempting touting the drive . He also stated to protiler I had said this was ok if he couldnt get it on the drive after attempting it . Twice he lied . Couriers need to be aware that they are watched and listened to on cameras when delivering materials .”

“Ordered 2 different tile trims to be dispatched the next day. 2 days later I received a message saying that half of the order is not in stock and will be shipped in a few days. When I received the other half of the order was delivered a few days later, it was completely damaged (most likely courier companies fault) and it had to be re sent again. I waited over a week for these trims which delayed my whole project.”

We utilise leading couriers to serve customers nationwide, although, despite the high standards, delays and damages in transit are still possible and unfortunately out of our control, and sometimes even the couriers.
