“Pleased with the service apart from the delivery.
DPD sent a text in the morning with a slot of 2pm to 3pm, then at about 4pm another text to say I wasn't in when they called and I had to collect the parcel from a collection point a few miles away. In fact I was working all afternoon at the entrance to my home. DPD's untruthfulness was cynical to save them attempting delivery.”
