“I placed an order online easily, but when I later contacted them about the delivery date, I was told some items were out of stock (an email had supposedly been sent, but I never received it). Because of time constraints, I had to cancel the order and request a refund. Although this was frustrating, their customer service was excellent—my query was handled efficiently and the refund was (amazingly) processed within 24 hours. While I didn’t receive the items I ordered, their cusotmer service deserves 5 stars and because of this I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.”

“I sat in the ingle waiting with some trepidation for Nelly, for she had a story to impart. She entered the room from the scullery and as her eyes adjusted to the dim grime she spied me, glanced left and right and bade me not to interrupt. ‘Pro Tiling tools sir’ she spoke. ‘Tiling tools Nelly, what of them’ I replied to the unexpected statement.
‘I’ve purchased one sir, from a fine fellow of wares down at the local marketplace, ‘Pro Tiling tools’ be his name’, she furthered.
‘And what of this professional tools for tiling work Nelly? Are they any good’
‘Oh they’re a grand thing sir, and did not cost me but a weeks wage at pots’
‘And what’s more sir, twas better than I was expecting, though I did have to employ two local ruffians to get ‘em on the walls of the privvy’ she continued.
‘So Nelly’ I asked, ‘Were there any problems with the wares purchased’
‘None sir, none at all’ She replied, she turned away, stopped, turned back and added ‘Well sir, the only problem now is that the hard surfaces cause such an echo in the little room you can now hear the harsh winds all over the house, if you catch my drift’.”

“With this order very good how very with previous order 1150513 very poor website says 1-3 day delivery rang on second day to check and tol yes would be delivered on the third day never turned up rang on the afternoon of the fourth day and told that it would be with me before 12 noon on the fifth day which I did but I had to cancel the tiler twice which he wasn’t happy about when I rang and complained I was told that you would refund the haulage charge which I am still waiting for”
