“The original item was delivered fine. But I was not not sure what product I had. I ordered tile protection which is what’s on the front but on the back it’s instructions for floor cleaner. Pro Tiler where brilliant, they contacted me straight away and have sent another at no charge and addressed the issue with the manufacturer which is where the problem originated. I would recommend them as they owned the problem (which wasn’t caused by them) and put it right.”

The 80mile round trip still works out a big saving when using click and collect.

“All good came very quick and was what I wanted, only downside was the courier dropped the box and cracked the bottom of the adhesive bucket fortunately I was able to stick it up with duct tape so I think a bit more bubble wrap would be a good idea.
