“Really good service. Fast delivery and when my mug arrived broken (not their fault I saw the box fall to the ground as it was delivered with a other parcel) I emailed a photo and they responded within 2 hours on a Friday evening and sent a replacement immediately which arrived within 48 hours. I was really impressed.”

“Terrible! non of my kids' faces were legible. The scale was impossible to tell from the order form so all faces looked like miniscule dots on the paper. The colours were also extremely brown compared to the digital images I sent in”
