“Ordered a mug which was ok but late but it wasn't filled with the retro sweets and gift wrapped as I asked for and paid for. Trying to reach Customer services is a joke by any means. If people on the packaging line can't read and fulfill the order properly is shocking. Need better staff. !!!”

“We ordered custom mugs with names and what drinks eg, coffee - milk - 1 sugar. For a parent with early onset of dementia. Service was fast, quality was great. Great service from start to finish.”

“Photo quality very poor on mug. After contacting them was told nothing could be done as due to size of photo it had to be scaled down which affects loss of picture clarity. This isn't pointed out to customers prior to placing an order. Very disappointed.”

“I bought a couple of sets of coasters from Printster of my own photographs from an African safari and was so impressed by the quality and speed of service, that I also bought a turntable slip mat using one of my photographs too. Top quality product sent quickly and well packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Printster.”
