“LAST WEEK I ORDERED 8 LARGE ENGRAVED MUGS AND I SMALL ONE ALL WITH BOXES WHICH ONLY SAID ONE KIND FOR £1.50 BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THEM AND OPENED THE BOX THERE WAS ALL 8 LARGE MUGS,1 SMALL MUG BUT 9 SMALL BOXES BUT NO LAGER ONES,I WANT THEM TO SEND ME THE LARGE BOXES AND TAKE ALL THE SMALLS BACK.IAM WILLING TO PAY EXTRA FOR THEM OR I WANT THEM TO PICK ALL THEM UP AND I WANT A REFUND FOR ALL OF THEM. PLEASE. THANK.”

“The keychain was good quality but the t shirt was really bad I emailed them and they said if I sent a better quality photo they would get another one sent to me which took two weeks but has arrived now and looks great”
