“I Placed order and straight away I realised I needed a couple more personalised face masks added of exactly the same photo. I Emailed immediately to ask for them to add to order, they said that wasn’t possible and to make a new order but this would mean paying the postage again. I ordered different photos that evening from Amazon cheaper, with free postage and elastic already attached and I received them the very next day. I had to wait for 1 week for prinster to deliver. I’m all for supporting small/independent businesses but the customer service has to meet the extra expense. I didn’t encounter that on this occasion.”

“I ordered 2 T shirts with new babies grandsons pictures on the front for mothers day. The pictures were fine & checked & fine on the order. They managed to cut one baby's head off & all I got was chin & chest. Waste of time and they were 3 days late, order 11th march, paid for 12th, arrived 18th! Don't bother with these, they are incompetent.”

“I purchased a 2 sided photo mug for my mum and she loved it. I easily uploaded a photo for one side and a photo which was a personalised poem on the other side. Photos are clear, as a personalised gift with a special message on was just perfect. Fast delivery and great communication too Will definitely use this company again .”
