“The quality of the masks was very good and has everything you needed to create the masks. I did not put them together as the arrived late and I had already left on the hen weekend which they were brought for 😞”

“I paid extra postage to receive my goods on a specified day - not an estimated day, as your customer service stated that all dates were estimated. You also stated that as the printing was done on time that Prinster took no responsibility for the delivery. That is not the customer’s responsibility either. Prinster holds the contract with the courier NOT the customer. I was not able to use the product as it did not arrive in time.”

“Brilliant quality, very nicely packaged. ordered 3 differant personalised cups, quick delivery, but 1 came broken. I emailed a photo straight away. Recieved an email back the same day apologising and will resend. Postage lable created and updated that evening. Thankyou for no fuss and making this mishap really easy to deal with. Will use again”
