“Ordered a custom mug which itself looks nice and as expected so far, but shipping to EU was a mess and I missed the event. Paid EUR6 for the mug, then opted for the more expensive express shipping for 10EUR which it said would arrive in I think 3-5 days. It took 5 days before Printster even dispatched the package. Then it got stuck at customs who charged 8EUR processing fee and overestimated the value of the package as there was no declaration or pre payment as with other UK orders I’ve done. Ultimately paid almost EUR40 for a EUR6 mug that didn’t arrive in time anyway. Don’t say it’s express shipping if you can’t meet that promise.”

Just to clarify, your order was placed on 24th June after our 2pm same-day dispatch cut-off, so it was sent out the following day, 25th June. “Unfortunately the photo quality of some photos I got printed on a mug wasn't great. (I won't share them on here though as it is of someone else who I don't have consent to share). I've had photo magnets printed before and they were good. The customer service wasn't great this time either as they send you an email saying 'everything ok', you respond with your concerns and then they just say nothing can be done.”

We always try our best to ensure prints turn out well, but image quality can sometimes limit the final result. “The turnaround of the printed products was fast, which was great. However the quality of the printed product was less than ideal as the colours were completely off. I may try again with another version of the artwork file to see if that makes a difference.”

“Ordered a 440ml personalised mug,I paid £2.50 extra for the sweets thinking the mug would have been filled to the top but all I got was half a cup which definitely isn't worth £2.50,more like £1.00 so I was let down.”

“Printing was poor part of the print was smudged. Had to ask for a refund. Delivery was excellent. Paid extra for a quick delivery before Xmas but it was delivered in a few days. Pity about the quality of printing.”

“Price reasonable, delivery fast. Issue with the printed colour changing mug is that the black coating is not thick enough so you can see a shadow of my photos underneath when cold.”

“They forgot to include the 'gift box' I paid for. After telephoning it came - a brown cardboard box! Not impressed. There are planty of others to use.”

“Bought mug £7.99 and gift box £1.50. Items arrive, they are very nice. Within days i receive email stating price of mug was £6.99 and price of gift box £1.25. I now feel like a mug!”
