The fridge magnets looked nice, but the magnets are so weak they barely stay on the fridge, let alone hold a piece of paper up!

I don’t recommend Printster if you don’t live in UK. Extremly long delivery time, 33 days and counting… Not sufficient information about import duty.

Ordered two mugs…One arrived smashed. Got a refund for the mug, but not the expensive p&p paid which wasn’t even good enough to protect the product! Disappointing

Printster responded quickly to my order, I can’t say the quality was anywhere as good. The printing was far from great and the actual paper was very poor, it ripped very easily making wrapping parcels difficult.

I ordered some paper which arrived however when I tried to reorder quite a few more rolls had real problems with your web site and I tried to order on my phone and lap top with no joy I did make contact to be told use another browser why wasn’t too helpful. I then received a completely empty roll again wasn’t helpful real shame as the paper I received was great

Took far longer to arrive than expected, though not Printsters fault was still annoying as I wanted to send them in Christmas cards and couldnt wait any longer. I also don't think the quality of the photo/magnet is great, very flimsy compared to other photo magnets and I noticed one was peeling in the corner.

Slow, no customer service when you contact them, mug was fine but nothing special, gift box they charge you for is actually the shipping box so no way to use as a gift box. Wouldn't use again

The mugs I got are very nice. HOWEVER, I KEEP GETTING EMAILS ASKING ME TO COMPLETE MY ORDER ! SO MUCH SO ITS BORDERING ON HARRASMENT SO AM BEGGING THEM TO STOP. PLEASE

Products good but in reality extremely expensive for what it is especially wen u take in account delivery, lovely idea but at the end of the day it's wrapping paper it ends up in the bin so i regret paying so much as lovely as it was i mean why did i pay more than I had too. Won't use again.

HI ... I only received part of my order today ... personalised flip flops ... the personalisation was fab but the flipflops smell like rubber/petrol ... I don't think I can actually give them as a gift they smell so toxic I'm still waiting on the TShirt

As advised, the t-shirts come from a separate facility and can take up to 10 working days to arrive, I can confirm this has been dispatched and will be with you in due course. They emailed me with the picture asking me if that was what I wanted printed on the jumper and I said it was just the writing in the picture I wanted putting on not a picture of my picture just printed straight onto the jumper and then they put writing underneath that I asked them not to put on there

We did check to see if the photo uploaded was what you wanted on the hoodie as we do not offer a custom design service for website orders. It was confirmed that a photo of a hoodie was to be printed on the hoodie. We are sorry the caption was included, we aren't able to edit or amend personalisation once placed but can see you did request to have this removed. We do apologise if the information was misleading and has resulted in the item arriving as not expected. I paid for same day delivery which at most I should have gotten it the next day, right. But, got my order almost 5 days after! Wondering if I had paid for standard delivery, probably would have gotten it 1 month after!

Hi Jumoke I'm sorry to hear your order took longer than expected to arrive. I'm afraid we do not offer same day delivery - our fastest method is Express which is estimated as the following working day. In your case, I can see your order was placed on a Monday and delivered on Wednesday, 2 days later. I am sorry that this took an extra day to arrive, but hope that the gift still went down well. Unfortunately the prints were not delivered in the time frame given on the website. They were too late to be used for the event intended and are now useless.

However, the delivery dates we give are only an estimated timeframe, not a guarantee. Due to the current Royal Mail strikes, parcels are taking longer than usual to reach their destination. I’m been waiting for my order for 2 weeks not received it I no the Royal Mail are not the best at the minute but I’ve ordered other stuff after this order and got it by Royal Mail sooo 🤷‍♂️ They’ve done it again and still not received it
