“Very good response and way to order however as per the delivery paid for it and told that the item will arrive on Saturday. However it arrived on Tuesday. At least the items should arrive on Monday.”

“I ordered 2 shirts from Printster, 1 three days after the other. The first came and was the wrong image. I was in touch with Prinster and they replied almost immediately. They apologised for the mistake, checked that the second order was correct and promised to rectify the first. The second arrived in goodtime and the first arrived just in time. The images were good - so apart from the initial mistake I was very satisfied with the service.”

“I love your coasters and have been ordering from you fur many years. Sadly the price increase on 4 coaster sets has made me look elsewhere to see if I can source another maker. Are you able to give a discount on regular bulk orders? That’s a thought I’ve not had before . I try to wait for your offers when they arise as I order a lot of coasters at a time and if I order at full price I’m not gaining anything g myself. I hope you understand. Please let me know. X”
