“I ordered coasters. I expected them to have a cork base, but they are hard wood. They are also smaller than other printed coasters. Still functional, though. Print quality is also not as good as anticipated.”

“I put a review on her the other day about a mug I'd ordered for my husband When it arrived it was totally not what I was expecting the colour was so dark you couldn't see the logo that was printed on it So sent a email to the company explaining That the mug was very dark etc. Today I received a reply, stating I may have been sent a magic mug So I was told to fill the mug up with hot water and the logo will become visible and low and behold it did So I amend my previous review and have given it 4 stars🌟 instead of the 1 star. I'd given previously . And to say that I'm very happy with the mug. Thank you Ibby.”

“My order arrived promptly and without any problems. The colour of the item was not as I thought but accept that when ordering online this is often the case. However, it was acceptable and the item - t/shirt - otherwise was really good”

“Am very pleased with T-shirt printed as requested, only one reason not to give 5 stars, I tried to contact Prinster both by phone and by email at given number and then at email address but my email was returned marked unable to deliver to this address. I simply had a query about laundering instructions”

“Loved the photo coasters and holder and the photo wrapping paper. The birthday person loved them all and the wrapping paper was admired by others. One of my items was not in parcel but excellent customer services sorted and received shortly after.”

“Online ordering experience was excellent and order turned up within a few days by Royal Mail. Only downside was that the delivery was missing one of the items. On reporting this to the company by email they responded immediately and despatched the missing item the same day which turned up again in a few days so can't fault their after sales service should something go wrong in the delivery process.”

“The card was of excellent quality and the pictures looked really good. You don't score a fu mark as it isn't possible to edit and re-centre the pictures when they are on the card and, if the "default" position of the picture isn't ideal then it isn't possible to adjust it. (One picture I needed had the recipient and her mum a little apart on the picture - but not ridicuousy far apart - and it wasn't possible to adjust the photo - as it is on other card prining sites - to make it fit properly). To score a 5 then you need to be perfect and I have graded this card a touch under 4 due to issues of photo positioning and adjustment.”
