“They sent me a code for a free A5 card and when I tried to apply the discount it didn’t work. I reached out twice on the chat function to resolve this but got no response - disappointed!!”

“I ordered some masks for a surprise birthday party and was told that if I ordered them on that day (which was a Tuesday) I would get them next day . As you will have guessed they didn't turn up until the following Monday, the party was on the Saturday so very very disappointed with Printsyer, don't order from them if you want it on time 0/10”
