“Mugs came with writing on that I had deleted, I emailed to ask to resolve this - I just wanted replacements, and told that I hadn't deleted the text, which I categorically did, and even screen recorded to show. Just not pleased spending around £20 on 2 mugs and no resolution to the obvious mistake unfortunately.”
