Bought a mug as a keepsake for my dad's birthday as just lost his dog. He's opened it and it's broken in to many pieces. I've tried to gain a number for customer services to make a complaint as I'm heartbroken but could not find anything. Cant even log into my account. Not only that! DO NOT PURCHASE THE SWEETS! £3 for the tiniest selection of sweets and I mean THEY DONT FILL THE MUG AS ADVERTISED! As this has not been an easy process and rather time consuming - I have given a poor scoring

The customer service is awful. Their answer is they are happy with their quality and so you as the customer and your opinion do not matter. T shirt print quality is terrible - see through printing looks shocking

Totally disappointed with order , you can see the print clearly , don’t need to fill mug with hot water as you can already see it !!!

Even though I sent a professionally taken image for my mug, the image when placed on the mug was out of focus and made the mug look cheap. If they had made the image larger (like I wanted), I suspect the mug would have looked even worse. I also thought it common sense to have the photo background as the mug colour. I would not use this mug and paid some £12 (including postage) for it. So it would have been an expensive mug of tea. Never again. Not sure, if I can return because I inadvertently threw the packaging away. Who wants packaging lying around their home?

I ordered a pair of personalised socks as a gift. I gave specific instructions on which face in the photo to use. They turned up and had both faces on so the gift was useless.

Your website is rubbish! I would’ve spent a lot of money, but when I was uploading images and pressing save nothing was happening! I got stuff on another site and it took seconds it was amazing. Wouldn’t recommend sorry.

I made a mistake on my order the moment I had submitted it but I couldn’t find anywhere to cancel the order or at least edit it. I have paid for mugs that are just white. There should be a cancellation option. Won’t buy from you again

I ordered a hoodie which was not big enough. I have been refused an exchange or a refund. The hoodie was not personalised but customer services state they could not re-sell it. I would not recommend this company at all
