“Not satisfied with the results. Apparently no quality control on what is printed on the cup. Doesn’t matter if your design fits or not that’s what is getting printed.”

“I would give 0 stars but there's not such option. I sent two beautiful photos when ordering a mug as a gift for my son. Received a mug with a photo showing only the person's torso (no head). After my complaint, I received a response that the company is not responsible of it and that they wouldn't do anything about it or refund my money. Is this professional customer service? Avoid this company!”

“Watch out for delivery times, they are not guaranteed. I paid for express shipping (+1 day) as I needed the Birthday wrap, however it arrived +3 days after the Birthday. Printer rely on the small print, but I feel they should make it clear it is not guaranteed.”

“Personlised wrapping paper was fine, as expected in appearrance and quality, but arrived too late for the birthday despite me paying £6.99 for priority delivery. Delivery company sent me an apology that they had delivered in their words "a day late". Raised the issue with Prinster service chat facility who dismissed my frustrated complaint insisting that delivery dates quoted are only a guideline. That wasnt clear when I ordered and spent £6.99 for "priority" delivery. Will not use Prinster again.”

“Really sorry to report a disappointing experience using Printster. I'd an urgent order so ordered the express next day delivery (cost circa £8 - more then the order itself). The order was subsequently delayed by a day but no refund / downgrade on shipping costs was offered. The reason given was that shipping times are estimates only. In my opinion that doesn't seem particularly fair for premium delivery options. This was my first and will be my last Printster order unfortunately!”

“I paid extra postage to receive my goods on a specified day - not an estimated day, as your customer service stated that all dates were estimated. You also stated that as the printing was done on time that Prinster took no responsibility for the delivery. That is not the customer’s responsibility either. Prinster holds the contract with the courier NOT the customer. I was not able to use the product as it did not arrive in time.”

“One star because whilst the product is good the delivery is appalling. Despite paying extra for a quick delivery, the product did not arrive until 10 days after my deadline and two weeks after the order date. This is not the first time I have been let down by Prinster, it is the third. Sadly, I will not be using them in the future. Get your act together Prinster, and find a trusted and reliable delivery provider.”

“I recieved my photo key ring but it had cut off part of the face of one the people. From what I could see when I uploaded the photo, it did not cut off the face but at no point in the process was I shown an official visual of what the actual final crop would look like. When I emailed customer service, they replied quoting their Ts and Cs: 'Where a preview of your product or design is supplied to you this may not represent the actual finished product and we accept no liability for any differences.' So basically, you don't have any assurance that you will get what you asked for and no power if it comes out wrong.”

“Product was initially advertised as next day delivery, ordered for a friends birthday, next day I had notification that delivery would be in two days time, then to be advised that the delivery company had a issue and was being returned to Printster. I had to prompt a refund. Communication was good but overall service was disappointing.”
