Disappointing customer service, I ordered 4 coasters , I received 3 unique images and a duplicate. When I asked customer service and sent them a screenshot of what I had ordered they refused to correct and said it was not a production issue. So beware changing images on the screen when ordering as what you see may NOT be what you get. Also the coasters have no felt or cork base so tend to slide. I had to re-order the missing coaster which added 50% to the cost

Mugs came with writing on that I had deleted, I emailed to ask to resolve this - I just wanted replacements, and told that I hadn't deleted the text, which I categorically did, and even screen recorded to show. Just not pleased spending around £20 on 2 mugs and no resolution to the obvious mistake unfortunately.

Very disappointed if I had put the mask on the picture was not straight and eye hole did not meet, no image to show as it went straight in the bin

Absolutely disgusting how much i was charged for a Delivery! £94.89 was added to my £28 order during paying by Apple Pay. I immediately emailed and then asked for a refund which was refused! They said all services charges are I. The small print. Nothing was displayed at check out! Do not use this company complete scam!

I ordered 2 T shirts with new babies grandsons pictures on the front for mothers day. The pictures were fine & checked & fine on the order. They managed to cut one baby's head off & all I got was chin & chest. Waste of time and they were 3 days late, order 11th march, paid for 12th, arrived 18th! Don't bother with these, they are incompetent.

Photo quality very poor on mug. After contacting them was told nothing could be done as due to size of photo it had to be scaled down which affects loss of picture clarity. This isn't pointed out to customers prior to placing an order. Very disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order arrived a week late and Prinster refused to do anything about it even though the fault clearly lay with the courier service. My argument here is that the couriers sent my parcel to the wrong delivery hub (from the right one) causing a 3 days delay in delivery, therefore Printser should have refunded me and taken this up with Amazon Delivery Services. Prinster refused. Meaning the products I ordered cost me double because I had to go elsewhere. Refund refused. Customer service and absolute JOKE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

the photos on the mug i ordered were cut off and i bc asked for a redo or a discount and was refused I had inadvertently missed the accept button but clearly no one checked the quality and didn’t care about customer satisfaction over ordered with a more helpful company

Not a great first experience with Printster. My delivery was marked as ‘failed’, yet I received no notification, no attempt to contact me, and no explanation. The building it was being delivered to operates 24/7, so there should have been no issue in completing the delivery. Printster were unfortunately not very helpful in locating my parcel, which was needed for a specific date and for which I had paid for express delivery. I was told I would be notified as soon as the parcel was returned and would be resent, but this did not happen. The item was eventually redelivered over two weeks after dispatch and was no longer needed, especially as it was a personalised product. Printster failed to offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused. Sadly, I won’t be using them again.

Terrible service I ordered personalised items from Prinster. I paid for express delivery. The courier diverted the delivery to the wrong depot and the items were received almost a week late. Prinster refused to take this up with the courier or to refund. Don't use this company if you want a reliable service or good customer care

Item too a month to arrive. Size is much too small, though bought for large child size. Very difficult to find out how to contact customer support or arrange a return.

Awful service. Ordered in time for wrapping paper to arrive before a child's birthday. When I ordered, item was scheduled to arrive on time. Despite website saying they process orders in 24 hours, it was 2 days before item was sent, therefore making it late. Errors with delivery and being sent to wrong depot then occurred, and Printster were completely unhelpful and refused to help with trying to sort out the delivery issues. Tried to resolve with customer services, and only received refusals to help and standard repeated text about being unable to help. Also no phone number to contact at all. Avoid, awful company with no interest in customer service.

Hi there Thank you for your review, and I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment. Your order was placed on Friday 26th December, and dispatched from us the next working day on Monday 29th December. This was scanned into the carriers network the day after, and is currently scheduled to arrive tomorrow, the 3rd January. We do not have any way of contacting the carrier to check the progress packages once they have been picked up, so I'm afraid we do need to allow them time to make the delivery as scheduled in this instance. If the delivery does not arrive on Friday as anticpated, we will be more than happy to resolve this for you. Best Rob
