LAST WEEK I ORDERED 8 LARGE ENGRAVED MUGS AND I SMALL ONE ALL WITH BOXES WHICH ONLY SAID ONE KIND FOR £1.50 BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THEM AND OPENED THE BOX THERE WAS ALL 8 LARGE MUGS,1 SMALL MUG BUT 9 SMALL BOXES BUT NO LAGER ONES,I WANT THEM TO SEND ME THE LARGE BOXES AND TAKE ALL THE SMALLS BACK.IAM WILLING TO PAY EXTRA FOR THEM OR I WANT THEM TO PICK ALL THEM UP AND I WANT A REFUND FOR ALL OF THEM. PLEASE. THANK.

Photos and writing on my coasters came out really blurry which is a shame as they were a Xmas present for someone. Not very impressed.

Unfortunately my order was not fulfilled in the timeframe paid for, and customer service attitude was very poor. The service advertised is not what is provided, resulting in a very stressful build up to a special occasion. Personally I would not shop here again.

Awful, you’d think they wouldn’t cut out someone’s head and would shrink the picture so it fit on the mug. Even so you’d think they would contact you before starting work on the mug. So silly

Disgusting customer service. Items were poor can't even make out the faces on the mugs. Sent the photos I sent in compared to the tat they sent and the difference is ridiculous. No refund, no offer to reprint. Offered me another mug at a discounted price. What an absolute cheeky. Avoid this place they take advantage and give poor products. Have put in a charge back with the bank I have all the evidence I need for the money back. Don't let them rip you off!!!!!

I ordered some wrapping paper on the 8th July and nothing ever arrived. No one has contacted me to apologies or offer refund. You have taken money for a product you never delivered. Royal Mail say you dispatched it to them but then nothing. Will never use you again and still awaiting a full refund.

I’ve had a look at your order, and the only one I can see was placed on the 29th of October. Our team did reply to your emails, explaining that with standard delivery we must allow 10 working days for the order to arrive, but after that period we would be more than happy to do our best to resolve this for you. As your order is still not showing as delivered, I have now issued you a full refund. Again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We have looked closely into your order details and the image file you submitted. We can confirm that the image provided was of a lower quality, specifically, it appears to have been a photograph of an existing canvas. We always strive for a perfect result, but the final print quality is heavily reliant on the resolution and clarity of the file provided. Placed order and tried to change delivery method within minutes as realised it wouldn’t arrive in time for the party. Was told they couldn’t change once order had been placed. Asked for cancellation or refund. Wouldn’t. Completely useless day after the party. Would not use them again

Awful sent me 18 faulty mugs and wont let me return to dispose of safely. Only refund issued eventually after numerous emails and calls made. This company should take accountability for disposing of faulty personalised goods they send customers.

Hi, we are sorry you were not happy with the mugs you received. After the first 8 batch of mugs were unfortunately damaged in transit, we sent out replacements for you. As you were not happy with these replacements, we offered a full refund on return of the damaged & rejected items. Once we receive these back from you, we will of course process your refund. Ordered and paid for Express delivery but the mug wasn't dispatched until it's expected delivery day so unable to give it as a retirement gift. I contacted them for a refund and got the postage fee back. The mug also had 2 pictures, front and back, both of which were off centre - one very obviously. The print department viewed my photos and stated that it was within their quality guidelines. All in all, a thoroughly disappointing experience which I will never be repeating.

I ordered a mug for my husband When it arrived it was a very dark colour on the out side. And the logo I wanted on was not ,well you can't see it , I would have thought they would a have printed the logo in a brighter Colour so it could be seen . So I'm quite disappointed with the result. This is the first time I've used this company and may be the last

We ordered customised mugs special for an event and booked for express delivery in 2 days time, to arrive in time for our event. But we didn’t receive parcel in 2 days time but it arrived on the 5th day, when our event was over. Also few mugs came chipped. Not best experience.

After ordering a mug for my Grandson as he was going up to high school. It arrived very quickly as l had payed for early delivery as it was needed promptly. I was so disappointed when l opened it.The front was perfect, however due to your software not allowing a blank back l informed you by writing in the rear box on the web and expected you to delete it. As you can see by the photo you didn’t. Having contacted you your response has been poor and negative, saying we should have contacted you beforehand by email. Q. How are we supposed to know that, as there is nothing on your website stating this?

Extremely poor print delivered to me and when I emailed asking for a refund or a re-print was simply told that that was your ‘standard’. If that is your print standard, I am genuinely surprised you are still in business. Will not be shopping with you again or recommending to others.
