The international delivery information on the site is misleading. It promised arrival within a specific week, but the item still hasn’t arrived. Although you clarified after the purchase via email that international deliveries would take longer, that information came too late. The item will no longer be useful when it arrives. Given the delay and inconvenience, I believe a full refund is fair and kindly request that it be processed.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I sent in high-quality photos of my son to be printed on coasters, and what I received was nothing short of unacceptable, all 8 coasters came back with a horrible yellow tint that completely ruined the images. What makes this even more infuriating is the complete lack of accountability from this company. No solution offered, no explanation, no effort to make it right, just a dismissive email from someone named Ibby stating: “We are unable to offer a reprint or refund for your coasters.” That’s it. No apology. No customer service. Just a flat-out refusal to help. This was supposed to be a meaningful, personalised gift, and instead I’m left with a set of coasters I wouldn’t even use as scrap. Absolutely disgraceful experience.

Requested refund for my order as the pictures are blurry/very poorly printed and the actual print is uneven. Nowhere in my order process did it flag my photos as being low quality and I have used the same photos on other sites with no issue. The main flaw is how uneven the print is (ending closer to the handle on one side than the other) which is a flaw on your part. Haven't received any response from their live chat either they've simply ignored me. Do not use this company.

My card never turned up. I emailed a few times and they sent second one which didn't turn up either so I missed my friends birthday and got a refund.

Very poor - paid £6.29 for express delivery (delivery estimated in two days) on some birthday bunting which nine days later, still hasn't arrived and so the item is pointless as the birthday has passed. Can't comment on the quality as I never received it - contacted them but they will only refund on the shipping. Avoid!
