“The mug I ordered was fine - no complaints there but the delivery charges were too high for such an item.”

“What I'd hoped would be a great product unfortunately wasn't ultimately I'm afraid to say. The T shirt with my selected text looked great on arrival, as suggested I washed before use and unfortunately only on a cool wash the item shrunk to the point I'm unable to wear. Very disappointed but lesson learned.”

“The printing is good. Slight issue with admin details but they were easily settled. I hadn't expected the huge background square, as it wasn't apparent on the small image I sent.”

“Good service and quality, but not exactly what I expected: I would have rather have had, for my money, one or two denser, ‘stickier’ hard-shelled fridge magnets, rather than 10 or 12 of the lighter, more flexible kind that I got.”

“These are just ok , nothing to rave about plus they delivered to my hime address instead of to a friend , and there was no reference on the order . all in all a bit shoddy compared to funky Pidgeon where I brought replacements and got them sent to the correct address at half the price .”

“I ordered a photo-mug late on a Saturday evening but requested cancellation the same evening when I realised the photo would be smaller than I wanted. I didn't get a response until 1.30 on the Monday afternoon, when I was informed that my e-mail had not been read in time to stop the mug from going into production. I thought this was poor customer service and won't use the company again, but the photo-mug was well made so in fairness I've given three stars.”

“I loved them mug and coaster that I bought for my friends for their Christmas presents. However I ordered a gift box for both the mug and coaster. When delivered, there was no gift box for either of them so I messaged customer service for the boxes as I needed them. The customer service from one of the employees was great as reply was quick and she stated that she has sent the gift boxes to me. When the boxes arrived I had two mug gift boxes and no coaster box which was frustrating as the picture of the coaster box on the website looked nice. I ended up having to go to a shop to buy a nice box that the coaster would fit in. The products were great and delivered quickly but unsure if ide order again due to the problems experienced.”
