“I did send an e mail to say that the mug was good but the standard of the coasters was not as good as in previous orders- my reply was that you had changed suppliers. My reply would be that the previous suppliers had a better quality backing to the coaster.”

“You saved my bacon, I accidentally broke my housemate's mug and was able to order him a nearly identical replacement! Paid extra for express next day delivery, but the delivery was late, feel a bit scammed.”

“The mug was great. The delivery was not. Courier and Printster at fault for the delivery. Informed to expect delivery on a Monday or a Tuesday, yet it only left Printster at 1745 on Monday on 48 hour Parcelforce delivery service. So Monday was impossible and Tuesday unlikely. It was an anniversary present, so it was important that the recipient received it on the Tuesday. It finally arrived on Thursday. Disappointment for me and the recipient! Printster need to look at their own operations and also follow up with their supplier, in this case their courier.”

“When I have bought the masks in past they were already cut out and bands attached. May seem simple but cutting out perfectly is not not great”

“I ordered a personalised mug it was supposed to be red letters but turned out distinctly pink, I ordered a second mug with black letters this was perfect. When I informed them about the first mug they took the easiest course of action which was to ignore my email. So customer service is very poor.”

“Tried to make a personalised photo card. Took around 10 attempts as the page would randomly refresh or not select photos as required. I expected photos to be printed on photo card or a better quality paper but was very blurry and not high quality as expected.”

“The item did not arrive as described, I ordered a coaster and most of the text was missing. That said when they contacted me and asked for a review, they immediately refunded me when I sent a picture of the item and said I’d got it done again elsewhere. Mistakes happen but how they corrected it was very good and so below 3 stars would not have been fair.”

“I have used Prinster previously - excellent experiences. But this time the mug had a dirty smudge on which would not come off. As if it had been rushed or crammed. They offered me 25% off future order .... useless. I wanted a perfect mug for my pal for 14th. And I'll probly try another supplier next time.”
