“I'm very pleased with my new mug, complete with wrap-around photograph and red glaze on the handle and inside. However, I made the mistake of using a kitchen scourer pad on the mug when I was doing the washing up the other day, and left a few fine scratch marks on the glaze at the edge of the photo, but these marks are only visible if you look hard. My own fault entirely. So, lesson number one - don't use abrasives when washing the mug! I ought to mention that there was a slight hiccup whilst waiting for the mug to arrive - the courier advised me of the delivery date and time, but unfortunately the package didn't turn up on that day. The courier then sent me a message to inform me that the recipient had been unavailable when they attempted to deliver the package, even though I was in at the time, with the lights on and a car parked in the drive. Another message then arrived from the courier to tell me that the package would be delivered the following day. I waited for the package to be delivered at the due time, but once again it didn't materialise. I received another response from the courier stating that they had attempted to deliver the package a second time, but, as previously, the recipient was unavailable. Once again, it was fairly obvious that there was someone in, so I began to think that the courier hadn't even visited our property - they didn't ring the doorbell or post a card through the letterbox. I then received another message from the courier to tell me that they would attempt delivery a third time the next day. I was at home again on that day, and waited for the package to arrive, and on this occasion the package was actually delivered. Hurrah! The courier didn't ring the door bell, however, and left the package outside the front door, exposed to the elements. As I was in at the time, I was able to retrieve the package before it got too wet! So, I finally received my new mug, a couple of days later than planned, slightly damp, and with one or two criticisms of the delivery service. I would give ten points for the mug itself, but only one point for the delivery service.”

“I love your coasters and have been ordering from you fur many years. Sadly the price increase on 4 coaster sets has made me look elsewhere to see if I can source another maker. Are you able to give a discount on regular bulk orders? That’s a thought I’ve not had before . I try to wait for your offers when they arise as I order a lot of coasters at a time and if I order at full price I’m not gaining anything g myself. I hope you understand. Please let me know. X”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. Order arrived a week late and Prinster refused to do anything about it even though the fault clearly lay with the courier service. My argument here is that the couriers sent my parcel to the wrong delivery hub (from the right one) causing a 3 days delay in delivery, therefore Printser should have refunded me and taken this up with Amazon Delivery Services. Prinster refused. Meaning the products I ordered cost me double because I had to go elsewhere. Refund refused. Customer service and absolute JOKE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“the photos on the mug i ordered were cut off and i bc asked for a redo or a discount and was refused I had inadvertently missed the accept button but clearly no one checked the quality and didn’t care about customer satisfaction over ordered with a more helpful company”
