“Ordered including the high next day delivery price tag even though it arrived days later was refused the refund of the delivery charge. Never had a company do this before so definitely will not be ordering from here again with the lack of customer service!”

“30.12.25 Very disappointed I couldn’t return a gift. Thought it was a standard mug off the shelf (2 colours to choose from) The delivery didn’t arrive on time (3 days plus) over Christmas so too late to gift recipient. Printster wouldn’t let me return parcel 😩 Wouldn’t rate this company, very poor indeed.”

Hi there I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with our service. Your order was placed on 15th December with our Standard shipping method, which is estimated to take 2-4 working days for delivery. Your order was produced by our team and dispatched on the 16th, arriving on the 19th of December.
