“The coasters I received had a yellow tinge and were not true to the colours of the original photographs. The editing tool isn't great, and it didn't confirm the images you'd submitted. You just had to hope everything had stayed as it was.”

“I have made several orders from Prinster and in the past have been very pleased with the results and their customer service has been good. However, they changed the dark backing which I prefered to a pale one, which I accepted but now the quality of printing has gone down. I understand that colours would not be an exact match as they print in CYMK not RGB, BUT the printed coasters now look paler and a bit 'overexposed' compared the the images I sent (which were the same used on previous orders). Example in image. Previous order on right, new on left.”

Hi Gillian I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with service. I have had a look at your order, and correspondence with our team, and can see the gift boxes were unfortunately missed off your order. Our team rectified this by sending them out to you as soon as we were notified. I can also see there was an issue raised with the mugs, but our team explained that the order was printed exactly as received, providing you with the files generated through our product builder. “Personalised mug, this is 2nd time using Printster, i ordered 2 personalised mugs as gifts previously. I can honestly say that the mugs are very high quality and excellent value for money, can even choose the colour inside the mug at no extra cost.
