“Not a great first experience with Printster. My delivery was marked as ‘failed’, yet I received no notification, no attempt to contact me, and no explanation. The building it was being delivered to operates 24/7, so there should have been no issue in completing the delivery. Printster were unfortunately not very helpful in locating my parcel, which was needed for a specific date and for which I had paid for express delivery. I was told I would be notified as soon as the parcel was returned and would be resent, but this did not happen. The item was eventually redelivered over two weeks after dispatch and was no longer needed, especially as it was a personalised product. Printster failed to offer any compensation for the inconvenience caused. Sadly, I won’t be using them again.”

“Terrible service I ordered personalised items from Prinster. I paid for express delivery. The courier diverted the delivery to the wrong depot and the items were received almost a week late. Prinster refused to take this up with the courier or to refund. Don't use this company if you want a reliable service or good customer care”
