“The cup itself was lovely but I didn’t get to use it as there was a crack down the side of the mug. I’m unsure if it was there when I opened or it got damaged when being delivered.”

“While the quality of the print was superb, the estimated delivery time was far off and missed the desired time needed. Let down by getting prints to Royal Mail, took 4 days for them to process the start of tracking.”

“I ordered coasters. I expected them to have a cork base, but they are hard wood. They are also smaller than other printed coasters. Still functional, though. Print quality is also not as good as anticipated.”
