“One star because whilst the product is good the delivery is appalling. Despite paying extra for a quick delivery, the product did not arrive until 10 days after my deadline and two weeks after the order date. This is not the first time I have been let down by Prinster, it is the third. Sadly, I will not be using them in the future. Get your act together Prinster, and find a trusted and reliable delivery provider.”

“I loved everything about the mug, packaging and printed picture . The only thing I would have liked, is to have been able to see the picture on the mug from the front, instead of turning it from side to side to see the whole picture, if you know what mean? From the front you could see the table and background and then to see the photos of us on either side of the table, I had to turn it, from side to side. I thought maybe it had something to do with the size of the photo, but then I remembered having this same picture printed on a mug years ago, and they got it in the middle. Apart from that, it was lovely”

“This was my second order with Printster, having used them a couple of years ago. I was pleased with the item I ordered last time and their communication, keeping me up-to-date with my order, so I decided to use them again. I wasn't disappointed. Communication still as good as last time. I ordered my two mugs on Wednesday evening and they arrived (via Amazon delivery) on Saturday. Quality of mugs are excellent. Highly recommend.”

“I received a message to review my delivery, but yet I had not received it. I did get a quick response from the Hello email address who provided me of photo of where the parcel had been delivered 12 days prior. It was left sticking out of a letter box which was not ours, and we do not utilise our post box as it is taped up, so if I had not have received the review email, I still wouldnt have my parcel. The product looks ok, but the delivery has really let it down. Good job it did not get soaking wet!”
