“Easy to order, very fast delivery. The website is a little unclear in terms of what area of rthe mug is covered by the uploaded image (as may be guessed, we uploaded an image to be printed on a number of coffee mugs), but that's being a little picky.”

“I would give 0 stars but there's not such option. I sent two beautiful photos when ordering a mug as a gift for my son. Received a mug with a photo showing only the person's torso (no head). After my complaint, I received a response that the company is not responsible of it and that they wouldn't do anything about it or refund my money. Is this professional customer service? Avoid this company!”
