“I dropped my daughters personalised mug from many years ago and couldn’t find an exact or even close replacement online. So I uploaded a photograph of the (sort of) reassembled cup and ordered a wraparound version of it. The result was fantastic and you could hardly noticed the difference.”

“The quality is great, as expected, and the prices are very low compared to others on the market, especially for double-sided printing. The service and delivery were super fast! I ordered 7 mugs, and it took only 4 days from placing the order to receiving the products. I did expect a slightly fancier gift box, though as there was nothing special about it, was just an ordinary brown/black cardboard box. A more attractive presentation would have made the overall experience even better.”

“I recieved my photo key ring but it had cut off part of the face of one the people. From what I could see when I uploaded the photo, it did not cut off the face but at no point in the process was I shown an official visual of what the actual final crop would look like. When I emailed customer service, they replied quoting their Ts and Cs: 'Where a preview of your product or design is supplied to you this may not represent the actual finished product and we accept no liability for any differences.' So basically, you don't have any assurance that you will get what you asked for and no power if it comes out wrong.”

“Product was initially advertised as next day delivery, ordered for a friends birthday, next day I had notification that delivery would be in two days time, then to be advised that the delivery company had a issue and was being returned to Printster. I had to prompt a refund. Communication was good but overall service was disappointing.”
