“Ordered and paid for Express delivery but the mug wasn't dispatched until it's expected delivery day so unable to give it as a retirement gift. I contacted them for a refund and got the postage fee back. The mug also had 2 pictures, front and back, both of which were off centre - one very obviously. The print department viewed my photos and stated that it was within their quality guidelines. All in all, a thoroughly disappointing experience which I will never be repeating.”

“I put a review on her the other day about a mug I'd ordered for my husband When it arrived it was totally not what I was expecting the colour was so dark you couldn't see the logo that was printed on it So sent a email to the company explaining That the mug was very dark etc. Today I received a reply, stating I may have been sent a magic mug So I was told to fill the mug up with hot water and the logo will become visible and low and behold it did So I amend my previous review and have given it 4 stars🌟 instead of the 1 star. I'd given previously . And to say that I'm very happy with the mug. Thank you Ibby.”
