“Very good response and way to order however as per the delivery paid for it and told that the item will arrive on Saturday. However it arrived on Tuesday. At least the items should arrive on Monday.”

“All was great during the order process and the quality of the mugs were excellent. I then sent a detailed follow up email to Ibby asking about specific changes if I ordered again to certain designs as well as about costs. Most of the points I raised were missed in the reply and I was told that if I did order again I’d have to pay more or amend the files myself. It was the tone which came across as me having put them to too much trouble the last tine. It was a bit of a kick in the teeth given that I hoped to use them in the future.”

We provided a quote for your first order based on the average number of amendments required before being production ready. Your order took a little longer than average, so we would have to update this quote the next time an order was placed. We just wanted to make sure this was clear before any further orders were put through. I'm very sorry if this came across the wrong way, and we'd be more than happy to work with you on your artwork next time - the alternative of you providing print ready artwork would just help reduce the costs for you, but by all means was not a requirement.
