“I found the payment section a little difficult to follow. When I check pay now it kept taking me back to Secure checkout. I did ask on chat but they were not able to tell me why but I managed in the end to do it myself by logging in again although I was told that was not necessary”

“All was good apart from the delivery time. It was not delivered as said by 11.57h (maybe it was Royal Mail responsible for that...) and the surprise effect was not achieved...:-(. Anyway, thank you.”

“The hamper was a birthday gift for my sister. She loved the scent of the hand soap and candle and hamper. It arrived on the day I requested and fortunately arrived before she went out. Royal Mail kept us informed of the delivery, but be aware they are vague about time of delivery - any time between '7am -7pm '.”
