“The only problem I cannot get to talk with a human to solve my problem about my order. Actually, I need to change the billing address because I had moved to a new billing address. There is no way for me to edit/change my billing address, there is also no human/person to answer my question! It keeps on telling me to wait but I waited for a long time (an hour) still no human answered my question.”

“My brother liked the contents. It was delivered at the tracked time. My only complaint is that when I ordered I was given the impression it would be delivered on the day requested, my brother's birthday. I would still have ordered but would not have led him to believe he would get it on his birthday.”

“Delighted with the hamper but disappointed it was not delivered Friday the 12th for my nieces birthday. I ordered it on the 10th and it was to be delivered the 11th or 12th as per website but I got an email to say it was delivered the 13th. It was a surprise so she didn’t know but I was disappointed it missed her birthday”

“The quality of the food was very good but had no idea of arrival. It was sitting on the doorstep in the sunshine but got stuff into the fridge quickly. Seemed smaller than I imagined and was in an open foil bag with melted ice packs on top which dampened the small boxes within.”
