“Website is clear and easy to follow, so ordering could not have been better. Thank you very much! The only very mild concern was that the hamper was delivered about a week before the date requested! But not a big problem as nothing needed refrigerating, and despite the postal strikes it arrived in good time for Christmas. So all was not merely OK but in fact really good. Many thanks.”

“I put down for a Saturday delivery. We all worried because there was no communication - until it arrived at 7.30 on Tuesday! We don't if there were any earlier attempts. I think not, because the delivery advice arrived after the delivery, and only minutes before the request for feedback!”

“Everyone to whom we have sent a hamper over past few years has been happy. Quote my sister for her birthday in Sept: "It was my nicest present this year." BUT, I tried to sign up a friend and do not seem to have received a discount voucher. How is this achieved? Did I make an error in my booking?”

“Products have always been good, and delivery fine in the last few Christmases. Website could use some work - not obvious how to order a second delivery. And the emails come through to my PC - using standard Windows email - with a huge graphic which virtually prevents viewing of the order confirmation. Crazy!”
