“I ordered 3 Hampers reasonably priced but found the payment process somewhat difficult and my discount is shown as £10.00 but on;y £1.00 was deducted. Hence the reduction in stars”

“Lovely choice of hampers, but the website is a bit difficult to use when you're a new customer. I couldn't complete on my mobile, so had to move to laptop to pay as the page just froze. It was also difficult on my laptop as I couldn't create a new account, and so had to login using Facebook instead.”

“I have used prestige hampers 2 years now to send gifts for Christmas and the recipients have been very pleased. I would like the opportunity to receive notifications the hampers have been delivered . It would be a nice touch to be able to request this”
