“Best was the hamper!”

“The hampers have been enjoyed by the people we’ve sent them to, but maybe we could suggest that you use a different courier while Royal Mail is on strike, to maintain freshness of the hampers. I’ve ordered 4 hampers and they’ve all been delivered later than advised, due to Royal Mail strike action.”

“The ordering process is simple. The fruit basket was as described. I paid for next day delivery, 29 October, but that did not happen, it was delivered on 30th. For fresh produce, next day delivery is essential, apart from the fact extra is paid to ensure this.”
