Ordered a cheese hamper for friends, that arrived on time, ordered two Sweet Delights hampers/gifts one for same friends as the cheese delivery, and one for us. Both of us received the wrong hamper, Jam and biscuits, cake etc. destined from someone in Essex (other side of London). Called Customer services and they were very helpful, arranged to sent out our ordered sweet delight hampers, and told us as it was a fault of their suppliers to keep the received hampers free of charge. 5 days later no news, called customer services again after 1 hour wait got through, spoke to same person, again could not fault customer services. Next day our hamper turned up but again wrong contents, similar to the first hamper but included small bottle of Merlot. Had seen these advertised at £24.99, we paid £29.99 for 8 jars of sweets but never got them. Decided to give up and keep hamper sent even though £5 difference, as the Customer services had tried their best to resolve this and we had the first low cost hamper for free. Would I shop again at Prestige, no, however once you get through to customer services they cannot be faulted. However their supplier needs to look at their poor performance otherwise Prestige hampers may have to change their name to Guess whats in the box hampers.

tHE ACTUAL CHOICE OF PRODUCT AND PROCESS OF INSERTING DELIVERY ADDRESSES WAS SMOOTH AND EFFICIENT. tHE LOGIN FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS WAS TERRIBLE. i TRIED MANY TIMES USING YOUR REPLACEMENT PASSWORD EACH TIME. fINALLY i USED YOUR "eNQUIRIES re login" difficulties. Obviously others have experienced this problem and you are providing a solution. I have changed my password many times over the years because of log-in difficulties, it is a huge downside to using your website.

I sent the port and cheese hamper to my sister and she is happy with it. I have seen the pictures of what was in it and I'm not impressed

I found your website difficult to use. Especially when entering delivery details. It would not recognise a London postcode.

Very disapointe with three hampers i purchased the chocolate one is very tiny looks nothing like the picture. The basket on photo has handles this one does not very diappointed with content's in all three !!! Will not be purchaseing from you again...

Web site a shambles. Didn't get our 10% off for first time orders, spent ages trying to get new customer details accepted etc etc

It was impossible to get through on the phone to explain that the new password you gave me did not work. Atter a long wait I was able to get help in the other way avaiable. The whole order took me two hours to do!

The ease of ordering and delivery was good. I thought the contents and presentation of the hamper was poor, the products look nice but still don’t look worth the money. I will make my own for less in the future.

I tried to order by phone several times ,but having to wait for at least 20 mins I gave up. I am disabled and and always able to use my hands. Otherwise I hope that my order will be safe and delivered on the date I wanted. thank you. The questions below are not relevant to me. I am not receiving the hamper! Yvonne Havard

Not very user friendly. It took me several attempts to get the hang of it, but I got there in the end! M&S coulld learn lot from Amazon.

The site was fine and the range excellent but I had real difficulty in paying with debit cards (I tried two) and no one to ask. I eventually paid with a credit card which I don’t like doing.
