“ordered 3 hampers for family in the UK. Very easy to select and order, good range in terms of items and price. Hope the delivery is as good, as it will be amazing if this is the case, and we will defo use this company again!”

“Your ordering procedure on your website is very clunky. I entered a message on the first page and had to retype it on the second page. Poor!”

“I have used Prestige before but found this time a little tedious. Firstly, it didn't e mail me a password so I had to wait until the next day to call and they took ages to answer. Then when I did round to ordering three hampers, it kept confusing the addresses on the system which I had to keep correcting. Then, when my payment was going through, I was stopped by a different bank and told to verify to number I didn't recognise - then I was declined. The second time it went through but the name of the company was Prestige Flowers, not Prestige Hampers. Left me feeling insecure about my order and my money.”

“Discount price offered, but dearer at the ‘checkout’, and then the postage - ouch! Nearly £6.00 just for chocolates. Hope these prove to be worth it.... Site not the easiest to use either!”

“Good product selection. The site follows some poor conventions (pre-ticking certain add-ons I didn't want) and caused some confusion with adding the delivery cost to the total before reaching that step in the flow, making me think I had other add-ons selected so had to go back on myself and check - not great user experience”

“Package arrived but I was not informed of delivery. I had to phone yourselves to get confirmation of this. Also I had to phone recipients ,as I did not get a call from them . As my message was not in the package ,and they didn't know who it was from”

“I have used Prestige Hampers previously and their service is good. I do wish though that there was a "build your own" option , or the ability to replace white wine with red, or add an extra bottle. Cheese hampers only have 1 bottle of wine, and I had hoped to be able to add a bottle of Port but was told this isn't possible.”

“Fabulous choice of hampers. My only criticism is that it would have been nice to have the choice of ordering more than one item per order, without the additional postage cost. For example my elderly mother would have received a hamper and one of your terrariums for Christmas but they had to be listed separately with individual postage. I ended up just ordering the hamper.”

“Website was good, great photos of products. However when it came to payment the option of paying by PayPal (my preferred payment method) it wouldn’t let me! That was quite disappointing. I look forward to receiving my hamper.”

“Excellent payment page with the option to purchase multiple hampers and send to different addresses. The only thing I'd like to see is a better search facility and the possibility to order the hampers by price, by content etc, as at the moment you have to go through everything,”
