“Two expensive for what it is. Bad customer service, I wanted to add delivery instructions and they just told me they couldn't contact the courier company, unhelpful in the most basic request.”

“The process was easy, however when my recipient received their fruit hamper, I was a little disappointed by the hamper. It looked nothing like the photo. Yes the basket looks very stable and well made but it all looked a bit poor.”

“Have already given you a review. Was quite disappolnted as was present to my daughter. The trug as advertised was a wicker basket (fine but not as shown) and missing the kiwi fruit.”

“I find the website a bit clunky; account history hard work and it doesn't remember previous delivery details and tracking has been poor on past orders, so Prestige doesn't sparkle unfortunately in my world, although the delivery service and quality is generally good. At the end of the day, I keep ordering from Prestige , I just wish I enjoyed it more.”

“I ordered a birthday present for my friend to be delivered to the delivery address! But unfortunately it was delivered to the billing address not the recipient. And for this to happen I was disappointed.”

“Sorry to say that I was disappointed sending a hamper this time, I ordered for my son in laws birthday and for it to be delivered on his birthday on the 23rd but it wasn’t delivered until today.”

“It arrived on the chosen day, unfortunately the wrong house number was quoted in the address. The day was saved by my neighbour as her address was quoted on the parcel. The contents of the hamper were greatly appreciated by my wife!”

“The hamper I received contained substituted items, but I was not told about this. I had difficulty contacting anyone. The phone number is not working and no response to email. I got through to online chat after waiting about 30 minutes (the wait time was shown as 5 minutes). Once I managed to speak to someone, the issue was sorted out immediately and I received a partial refund. Just wish the upfront communication had been better!”

“I've had great difficulty again working through the logging in, eventually resorting to ringing Customer Services, where the Advisor was extremely helpful. I'm not completely confident that the login will work next time, but I was very impressed to receive a text this morning thanking me for the gift I ordered yesterday.”
