Reason only gave 3 stars I was expecting the basket to be larger & the bottle to also be larger. I think it’s a bit on the expensive side for what it was plus an additional delivery price. Total was around. £35 when value wise I personally think around £20-£25 including delivery at the very top!

Did order a hamper which was suppose to arrive the next day for my friends milestone birthday. It arrived two days late and I never received any notification at all. A bit disappointing on this occasion

Hello, I noticed your website doesn't time shoppers out. It should for security reasons. 3 days after logging on to your website, i was still logged on. Also, i could not register as a new user. It kept saying my email address was taken. I had to chat with your online client assistance for help. These are the 2 things i noticed and think you should fix. Thank you.

Hamper is good but card with personalised Christmas greeting included was a pretty flower card with essential care tips on how to look after your flowers on the back!! Surely you could have found a Christmas themed one?

I bought the pie hamper as a Christmas gift. It arrived on time on the 23rd December Unfortunately the eat by date was 27th December. Just 4days to eat the lot with Christmas Day being 1. Very disappointed and couldn’t recommend it

This is a review of the website, not the products. I am shopping from the USA for my kids in the UK. The website is not streamlined or user friendly. I would like a page with everything offered that I can sort by price and not have to wade through 5 or more different tabs with dropdowns to see if I have seen everything available. Also, since I bought more than one item for the whole family it was not easy to go through checkout. I had to fill out the shipping for each item, even though it was going the same place. Also, the selection in previous years was better. I understand that being in a pandemic changes things, and also I am ordering quite late so some things may not be available, but myself, I would like to see things that are usually offered though they may be sold out currently because maybe I would like to go back and order another time. Thanks!

I posted a review before giving one star, as despite ordering the hamper on 26 November for a due date of 8 December, but the 19 December it had still not arrived. I am updating that credit where credit is due, I received a reply from Prestige Hampers. They apologised for the delay and assured me it would arrive before Christmas and it has.

Will never order from these people again. Hamper was supposed to be delivered 12th December, waited in all day for it. Still hasn't arrived 6 days later.

Mixed Thoughts on this one. 1. First flower order made - mixed up my order so they sent another one out and that wasn't correct either, so they refunded the money. 2. Ordered gift hampers for clients for next day delivery and paid for the delivery, but all orders arrived a week later. Customer services provided a gift voucher which means I HAVE to use the service again. I know it wasn't the fault of Royal Mail, as they delivered it as soon as they received it. Fault lay with Prestige Hampers. Good customer service as they are responsive and try to solve the problem. I do understand that situations are a bit strained at the moment but it would be better to mention correct delivery times than promising next day and not fulfilling it. Be honest and think customers will be happier. I'm trying again...3rd time Lucky :) Fingers Crossed :)

I ordered 3 £150 luxury hampers to be delivered on 11/12/20. 2 hampers delivered by Hermes made delivery on the date specified and their recipients were delighted. The 3rd being delivered by Royal Mail is still in transit - lost - who knows because the tracking is so poor. A 4th order going via Royal Mail is now also delayed. Prestige Hampers - stop using RM they are losing you customers.
