Couple of issues. Need a view basket option to be able to remove items. Also, ordered 2 hampers, only given the option for one card message.

Don’t appreciate being charged for 2 items coming to the same address on same day ( delivery ) and also didn’t let me use my £10 off so had to pay full price

That’s the first time I’ve used prestige hampers I got my small hamper as a gift for someone and I thought it was very nice for what I wanted it for

Had the cheese and wine as a Xmas gift. Delivery was late but I did get a refund on this. Two of the cheeses were dated before Xmas which was no good as a Xmas gift. Wouldn’t use them again as it was too expensive for what you got. Sorry to give a bad review.

I received the fresh baked pastry hamper today. Very Pleased with the pasties and sausage rolls. But the gift box I was expecting wasn’t the one that’s shown in your images. I was disappointed when they arrived in a foil bag which was placed in a brown delivery box. As I ordered this hamper as a gift I was disappointed with the not receiving them in the presentation box .

Sadly a very important part of the Hamper was missing - the Wine! I was so disappointed as was a surprise for my daughter in UK - I’ve not been able to get over for two years thanks to Covid ! However the after care from their helpline was excellent and they did look after me - hopefully in future their suppliers will realise a substitute is better than nothing at all - when it comes to wine !! 🥂🌸🥂

Prices should include delivery as there is no way of avoiding it You have to put the address in twice if the delivery and billing address are the same. You cannot buy without signing up with a password I have already forgotten

you site was so slow and difficult it took 30 minutes to order some chocolates. I wanted to do etn orders, but gave up in the end

My hamper was ordered to arrive on a certain day but Royal Mail was late delivering so the recipient had to collect from a sorting office some distance from their home.

The Website is a bit Clunky, and if you have to go back a page it clears the information already inputted which is very frustrating. I also think the delivery costs are too high for 4 small items to one address, and have reviewed this before but no one has bothered to reply or justify the costs !!

Hamper looks good not yet received. Bit disappointed regarding delivery said £5.99 but then total price came up as £19.99 so assumed delivery was included .when I received the email confirmation the delivery had been added. Not very clear ended up spending more than I had wanted.

All seemed good when the hamper was delivered, however an item was missing. This was a bit disappointing as it was a gift. Customer service said they could dispatch a replacement but this would be up to 5 working days for a delivery which as it was for Father’s Day was not acceptable, as the day would have been and past and the moment gone. Overall disappointed.

Ordered five hampers to different addresses all went well thank you The only issue I’d say is the fruit hamper was at dissatisfaction . It was simple apples and pears, nothing more exciting or worth the money spent.

Hello while I was really pleased with the brownie hamper I ordered the cookie hamper was not brilliant. The cookies were extremely hard on the outside and only slightly softer when getting to the midale of them. It seemed to me that they had been overcooked to a too hard texture. We tried one of the 3 varieties in this hamper in case it was just one batch we overcooked but found that all the varieties were the same. The brownies on the other hand were really lovely just as they should have been . Regards Mrs Virginia peacock.
