“Arrived early and has been a bit of a problem as they were for Christmas gifts thats why I ordered them for the 15th and they arrived on the 5th and 6th but otherwise they arrived in good condition and will be delivered at the weekend as we are doing our santa visits.”

“I had difficulty navigating the addition of two hampers to the same address, as the website appears to require entering the same address twice in this case. The chat box was useless to respond to my question, probably because I was online during non-business hours. The process could be made more intuitive. This is my first experience ordering food items for my family members in the UK”

“Easy to navigate. Different products are clearly separated and easy to get to. The box to write messages is however a little tricky as the word count is not actually 200 and won't let you submit a message as it's actually above 200.”
