“Good service, only reason gave 4 stars instead of 5 as asked for delivery on Friday, but sent on Tuesday. Probably due to Christmas pressure.”

“Have sent a few hampers and the people who have revived them have been really pleased. The products are good quality. I was meant to receive £7 off my total order this time but unfortunately never found the place to use the code so I paid full price. Not a major issue, just a little annoyed, otherwise a great service.”

“After an initial problem with one of my orders, it was delivered a week early without any prior notification, your Customer Service team responded promptly and a voucher was offered. The second order was delivered on the scheduled delivery day, both contents of each of the hampers were very good quality. Despite the initial problems I would use Prestige Hampers again.”

“Sent the hamper as a gift and requested a date when it was known the recipient would be home to receive it. The hamper was actually delivered 2 days early and by chance there was someone in to receive it. They were very happy with it however so all good apart from the delivery.”

“I ordered this as a gift so cannot rate the hamper as I have not seen it it was delivered a day early which caused a small problem as no one home so it was redelivered the next day recipient is happy wirh it”

“Arrived early and has been a bit of a problem as they were for Christmas gifts thats why I ordered them for the 15th and they arrived on the 5th and 6th but otherwise they arrived in good condition and will be delivered at the weekend as we are doing our santa visits.”
