“This was ordered as a gift for Christmas, and yet I am already being asked to give a review. All I can say is the goods on time, so full marks to the delivery company, and presumably the person at Prestige Hampers who organised the delivery contract with the delivery company. I have absolutely no idea if they are in good condition, and I won't know until after Christmas, when the recipient gets back to me. So no photos to upload either. Have given 3 stars, purely because not enough time has passed between ordering and receipt. Was also disappointed a typo in the message card couldn't be corrected, within 30 mins of placing my order. My email request was not read until after the order had been prepared for dispatch.”

“Although you choose Prestigious Hampers websiste and make your order at the time of payment it comes up as the payment is being made to Prestigious Flowers - very confusing !!!!! I emailed customer service at Presitious Hampers few days ago to confirm this - no reply. This is not a customer service !!!!! I chose a hamper - Fresh products and as it had only one bottle of wine I wanted to add to my bascett additional wine but the order comes up as a seperate order and charges additional delivery although it's for the same address and part of the order. So I didn't make additional purchase. The choise of hampers is great - good selection. Thank you”

“The selection of hampers was good and I wanted to buy something for a couple - one of whom needs gluten-free. Sadly you charge double for delivery of two going to the same address, same name and same day. This makes this service very expensive. I asked on the chatline - the one you advertise as 'We're here to help' and was told that was that - you charge for each item. When I said I was disappointed as others tend to combine shipping I was ignored. I then asked if a response was coming. Your agent (no doubt working from home) just repeated the same. So this does not make me wish to order again next year or another item this year. I had a third hamper to buy for someone else same value. I bought it at M&S with free delivery. That left a much nicer impression.”
