“Hamper was great but disappointed that it was delivered 5 days earlier than I had requested, luckily recipient was in and had no perishable items. Just no point in being able to choose your delivery date for it not to be adhered to.”

“The hamper arrived when it should have done by DHL. The products inside were good, what I would say is although the products were good £96 for the Christmas Cracker hamper was overrpriced for what it is and the items were just placed in the wicker basket like it was a shopping basket, not nicely placed or presented. Could have easily been a 5 score if they had arranged the basket better and maybe £15 - £20 cheaper.”

“Hi. i recieved a prestige hamper from my niece. THere was no lemon curd or strawberry jam in the box. for the price of the hamper ,£26.99, and what was in it.I feel was way overpriced.I will tell her not to shop at m&s in future”

“Very pleased with the hamper but the delivery was not very good. It arrived 3 days before the arranged date by royal mail. As they said nobody was at home it was taken to their depot...so had to be collected which is not what I wanted to happen”

“The website looks really old-school. Maybe it's good if you want to convey traditional values. Made me think for a while that the goods you sell could be old as well :D. But I hope this is not the case. Merry X-mas! And thank you for the service.”

“The presentation of the hamper is good however, the contents doesn’t represent good value. I estimate the cost of the contents to be around £50. With a selling price of £124.99 plus £5.99 shipping I won’t be using Prestige Hampers again.”

“Firstly the delivery was excellent , arrived within 24 hours at the weekend, unfortunately very disappointed with the actual hamper itself , I appreciate it wasn’t expensive but it’s tiny!!”

“Ordered Hamper on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Not delivered till Monday. Rang Cutomer Service and held on for 30 mins, no answer. Was received Monday by Receipeint. Thank you”

“Can’t fault the hampers but we requested both hampers to be delivered for 18th december, one got delivered on the 15th and one the 17th. The delivery was for one address. Just a bit annoying as we told them to be home for 18th”

“Just a bit disappointed with the presentation. It looks a bit like a cardboard box with unattractive brown shredded paper and the items look like they have just been thrown in the box ad hoc. I have tried to improve it by laying out the items in a more organised way and covered the box with cellophane. A good number of items though.”
