I ordered some flowers to be sent to a member of Critical care unit in William Harvey hospital in Kent. I paid £65 for the service. The flowers did not arrive, I embarrassingly had to ask the Care unit to check other wards and reception, with no luck. However the carrier service confirmed it arrived. I contacted the customer support and a after a day they sent me a photo and proof which shows the FRESH flowers had been dumped inside a metal container next to a waste container (with no idea of exact location). They call themselves a prestige flowers, where in my humble opinion is a mockery to the meaning of the word. I am left here with £65 out of pocket, embarrassed and disappointed

I had a photo sent me of the flowers that were sent to out very disappointed I was so upset I thought the price I paid and the picture they put up just 1 flower bloom the rest were buds and greenery looked like a bunch of weeds I can't believe a company like them could send something like that out they were terrible

Terrible flowers and worse customer service. I ordered flowers for a sick friend who reluctantly sent photos upon arrival as they were so bad. The leaves were dying on the peonies and they were old buds. Even the accompanying foliage was brown but I was advised by customer services to pick off the dead leaves (leaving twigs). I was offered a £5 voucher and told the quality was to be expected as “perishable goods”. They are flowers, of course they are perishable but they should arrive fresh. I asked for them to resend a bouquet but they refused. Although I questioned their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, I was advised that this recourse was £5 only and I could dispute through my credit card company. It was so embarrassing that these were sent on behalf of our business. Prestige Flowera have been sent the photos attached and stand by their product as high quality.

Received 30th anniversary flowers from friends on Tues,I took a photo to show the sender & apparently was nothing like was ordered,they were awful,looked half dead & now it's Saturday & they are fit for the bin..this is the 2nd time in the last few weeks I've been sent flowers that were disappointing to say the least, would not recommend

The bunch if flowers were very disappointing was not the full bunch that I thought I was purchasing for £40 for what I got I could have bought petrol station bunch and got more flowers with it. Very poor service and I will not use again thanks.

HI, well I've just ordered a few gifts to a friend of mine in the UK. I live in Austria, website, pictures looked fab. Like the idea to add extras which I did. Apparantly delivery already tomorrow. Hope my good friend will be happy with her get well delivery. Thank you

My manager very thoughtfully sent me some flowers for my birthday. They arrived late and were so very lack lustre; both in terms of the appearance of the 'flowers' and their overall health, that I wondered if they'd see the day out. The majority of the 4 real flower bouquet comprised of strange foliage, and I suspect looking at the lilly that they are unlikely to open...they certainly haven't in the 4 days since receipt and the buds appear bruised. It feels disrespectful to ditch a gift from anyone so they only really made it into a vase out of respect. To add insult to floristry, the 'bunch' contained a somewhat oversized stick that looked as if it may been included to hold the shape, yet the large sized dowel simply highlighted how few stems were included. I thanked my boss sincerely for remembering my birthday, but suggested he not order flowers from Prestige for anyone important. 🤭

Arrived when expected and finally able to surprise my wife after 40yrs. Flowers well boxed and still going strong a week later with the help of food supplied, the extra chocolates were also delicious . Have recommended to my work colleagues great service.

My husband ordered flowers for me for our wedding anniversary, and on the day no flowers arrived. He emailed Prestige that evening and the following morning he was told that they had been delivered and were with Royal Mail! The flowers did arrive late morning, but rather defeats the whole purpose of sending a gift for a particular day and occasion. We won't be using this company again, there are far better flower company options out there.

Ordering a large bouquet -£56 , it was easy to order, delivery on time, what i have received for the price is a joke, been on a phone and emailing the pictures to them and their reply was: nothing wrong with the bouquet . They are not even issuing a refund , lost money and now have to buy another bouquet. They didn't care that i wasn't happy with the flowers , i will never order from them again.

I had a terrible experience with them. I paid for a large bouquet of flowers costing 60 pounds. Since I live abroad I trusted them and the reviews. Please don’t get fooled.They delivered the bouquet very late ant 7:15 pm anfter claiming to deliver between 12-2:00pm, and sent a very small bouquet. Will attach pictures to show how they cheated me and ruined my day!!! Really disappointed and do no recommend them at all!!

What an absolute pile of rubbish! Flowers arrived 6 days after due delivery, rotten! A nice gesture to my wife totally ruined. Customer service completely unhelpful as if to say "your flowers will arrive" . Yes but not when they say they should. Bad service, bad product (on delivery) bad customer resolution service. Lesson learned is use another well known flower delivery service that has not let down in the past.
