I live in Florida and I always use Prestige flowers to send flowers and gifts to my friends and family in the U.K. They are very reliable and my recipients always tell me that their flowers are fresh and quite beautiful. I would definitely reccomend them. 5 star quality and service.

I don’t like doing bad reviews but I am disappointed by this company. Sent a bouquet to a work colleague as they had suffered a bereavement and paid extra for the medium size. What turned up was not like advertised on the website. There were maybe 8 stems in total and dead leaves. Utterly disappointing for £40. I could’ve bought better at a supermarket for £20! Contacted customer services who wanted me to send several photos which I wasn’t prepared to ask for given the reason why the flowers were sent. Will not be using again!

Ordered for my friends birthday, upgraded to large.. they have come and some of them are dead and the bunch is so small!!!! Don’t look nothing like what they do online

I ordered my Mrs some flowers for her birthday with the intention to Wow her and make her happy. This did the complete opposite! Prestige prices with a cheap service and cheap flowers! Payed for next day delivery which was guaranteed to arrive before 1pm. The flowers arrived at 4.30pm so they were late. I also ordered a ‘large’ and was shocked to see how little I got for my money. I am so shocked by the poor quality and size of the order. The total order came to £66. I could have gone to Tesco or my local florist to collect flowers better than this for half the price. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on the website! What a rip off! Do not order from this company. These are the worst flowers I have ever purchased. What a disappointment. Will not be using this company again. Shocking

I orders some flowers weeks in advance of the delivery date, I received an email from Royal Mail stating flowers would be delivered two days after the requested delivery date. I tried to contact via call centre to get automated message saying lines were clauses. I tried the live chat, this service appears to use AI and Leo saying that no agents were available. I would not recommend and I will not use ever again!

Ordered and paid premium for next day delivery for 30th April, when I knew someone would be there to receive them. They were not delivered on that day and an attempt was made the following day when there was no one in. as it is Bank Holiday weekend, the earliest they can be delivered/collected is 3rd April, but there will be no one in so cannot be delivered/collected until Tuesday 6th April. What state are they going to be in by then? Prestige is not accepting any fault for this but shouldn't offer next day delivery if they can't meet it. They could have contacted me to say it wasn't possible. Appalling!! 30th April is my sister's wedding anniversary and she lost her husband less than a year ago. I wanted to send her something to let her know we were thinking of her - not much good nearly a week later!

My wife was sent a bouquet from Prestige Flowers by her friends. The snapdragons and roses looked like they had been frozen, with petals damaged or falling off. When we tried to send photos, the company made excuse after excuse, claiming that they couldn't see the photos etc. Not only poor quality flowers but even worse customer service.

Disappointed… My Mum received multiple bouquets from different places and the ones I bought from here made me feel embarrassed they were by far the worst of them all

Read other reviews before ordering, I wish I had! Very disappointed with a medium sized luxury bouquet ordered for a friend. The cost including vase and deliver is £75 and bears no resemblance to the picture on the website. I contacted customer service who said that ‘ Based on our assessment, we can confidently affirm that the bouquet meets the required standards in terms of size and quality.’ ! Really poor and I would have got a better quality and size bouquet from a supermarket. Won’t be using this company again.

I am very very disappointed with these flowers that i received. They are nothing like the picture on the website. They were for my mother’s birthday and I paid good money for them. They arrived in a big box for her to open and receive such a small bunch of flowers. I will be adding pictures below of what was advertised and what was received.

Ordered bouquet with lilac memory lane roses. Looked lovely on the web page. Sadly the actual bouquet delivered was pink roses. Just get standard replies when you e mail to complain. E mailed CEO and not a response at all. Would definitely not recommend.

I had my fingers crossed the other horrendous reviews were just a blip, I ordered and paid extra for a LARGE bouquet of flowers for my friends birthday, what turned up is something I could’ve mustered up plucking a few flowers from a field myself, thanks so much for ruining what was supposed to be a nice surprise for her
