I have just received a bouquet of flowers and there is no colour co-ordination, thick twigs of half dead eucalyptus, 4 pink roses, bright yellow euphorbia blue everlasting dried flowers, yellow chrysanthemums. So many lovely flowers to choose from and I’m sorry but not at all appealing. No Prestige in my thoughts

I was sent a medium size bunch of flowers that looks rather sparse. However, I paid for a full looking large bunch of flowers. I tried to talk to customer service, but all I got was automated reponses saying that my order was fulfilled - clearly no interest in customer satisfaction! I do not recommend this company at all.

my bereavement flowers that were sent to a friend for next day delivery arrived 3 days after the order. Royal Mail said there was no one home for the first delivery but there was. When the flowers finally arrived they were half dead and 3 had to be thrown away. When I complained I was told to get a birds eye view picture . Although mu friend was grieving for the loss of her 12 year grandson she got the picture. I was then informed that the flowers were of good quality so if they didnt flourish after 3 days to send another picture. I will not bother my friend again and my gesture to her has been ruined. I sent a total of 14 e mails and I think I was communicating with a bot .I will never order from Prestige again. Be aware that Prestige use Royal Mail and if by some misfortune they miss the delivery the flowers could be redelivered 2 day later not the next day. This whole situation has been really upsetting and what should have been a comfort has become a nuisance.On top of that I am out of pocket by £44.98.

Delivery was great and presentation box flowers came in great as flowers were immaculate however, I ordered the large size and i must say I'm very disappointed how big the bunch of flowers are. The bunch was the size you could buy in a supermarket and the photo on the web page of the large size was very inaccurate to what was delivered felt sorry for my mum who received them for her 88th Birthday

Ordered for my other half , who loves tulips and thinks the flowers are beautiful far better than what you get in the shops. Rather than buy cheaper flowers every week , i now buy once a month and they last. Quick delivery a bonus. Would recommend this company. Good lady happy BONUS.
